This is the simplest, more digestible way I've ever heard Brent explain how to attain the hip to shoulder separation. Many times you get caught up with artificialy creating it by trunk counter rotation. Thanks to this video now I understand that very late hip rotation is huge in offsetting itself from the Trunk.
Thank you great vid! Do you think you can give a numbered sequence to proper pitch delivery? Also I am curious how important finger position on the ball is for optimal speed. Trying to hack speed in a youngster is challenging. My son has become very accurate but throws much harder in practice than during the games. Probably nerves but trying to create the best fall back procedure for him in case he starts getting behind on the count

Use your weight to create the initial momentum while keeping hip-shoulder-separation, IMHO.
