And he and his dad were in the military. He donated all the proceeds from this song to the organization that helps retired military. He is a wonder artist, singer,, and song writer. And has a wonderful sense of humor. Seems like such a special individual. Daddy must have done good!

He really captures the strangeness and sorrow of the role reversal where you are the one looking after your parent. And the grief you experience whilst they are still with you but you know that the end is coming. My Mum was the person I would always turn to for comfort when I was sad, but because I had to be there for her I was comforting her instead. Absolutely heartbreaking. I’m so glad his father found a compatible donor in the end. I don’t know how James had the strength to be able to sit by his father’s side and sing this. I’ve got ugly crying face just listening.

Pull up on Amazon Music... "Still" by" Pete Sinfield" who can not sing... But the entire song Greg Lakes comes in Twice and you have to hear ALL of the song.. His voice was almost Operatic!!! This song always gets me. It’s coming up 11 years since my Mum passed away from brain cancer.
