I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding effort you put into creating these wonderful and exceptionally useful videos for people who need to learn about English conversation
This video was extremaly helpful. I'm working on my vocabulary. Talking about food, I've been on a diet once because I was born with bronchitis, which made me take corticosteroids for a long period of time. What happened is that corticosteroids retained my fluid and I went to a nutritionist to prescribe the diet that fits me. I needed to cut out greasy food and cut down on chocolate. At the beggining it was hard to stick to it, but I got used to it after a while. I'm looking forward to improving my English.
I’d like to express my appreciation for the outstanding effort you put into creating these wonderful and exceptionally useful videos which make learning English an enjoyable experience for so many students.

Please keep making videos like this. It helps alot instead of thousands of videos online which only give examples of how to speak and it’s still hard for people to put those general examples into more specific situation.
Thank you so much for helping us with this kind of videos! Thank you for making easier for me to remember this subject. This is difficult for me as a native Portuguese speaker!

You have created an excellent video. I think, it'll definitely help in increasing the vocabulary. Even it'll help to make a correct daily routine. Thanks for this kind of help.
Hi, Lucy, thanks for coming over (visit)! You are looking great! Come on in! (Enter) Hi Melanie! Sorry for turning up (arrive) so late! It’s fine, don’t worry about it! Welcome to my apartment! It looks amazing, thanks for inviting me over (invite someone to your house)! I love the furniture! The furniture it was here when I moved in (start living in a new apartment or house). Sit down and make yourself comfortable. Thanks! Would you like something to drink? I have diet coke, fruit juice, and coffee. A diet coke, please. So please tell me, how are you getting on with (handle) your life as a college student? Well, in the beginning it was hard for me to fit in (feel you belong to a place/group). I grew up in a small town, I was not used to living in a big city. I didn’t have any friends and I felt pretty lonely. It was hard for me to hang in (to continue and not give up) there. But things have changed for the better. I've finally made a few good friends to hang out with (spend time). That’s great to hear! What’s a typical day in your life like? I wake up at 7 a.m. I go to the bathroom, wash my face, and brush my teeth. I work out (exercise) every morning. I can't do without (manage without) it. Before exercising, I usually like to warm up (prepare) by doing stretches. Then I take a shower… and after that I have breakfast. Next, I write down (anoto) my to-di list for the day. I always plan (plan in advance) my day ahead. I have a strict schedule and I do my best to stick to (follow without changing anything) it. Then I check the weather, because I like to be prepared for the day…and pick out (choose) the right outfit. Before I leave, I put on (apply) my makeup. My clases usually start at 9:00. How many meals have you a day? I have five or six light meals a day. I’ve noticed that three heavy meals a day generally weigh me down (make me feel heavy and tired). So I try toe at less and more often. I have more energy this way and I can concentrate much better. Whenever posible, I try to squeeze in (find time for) 15 to 30 minutes of exercise in the afternoon. Exercising helps me calm down when I’m stressed and it doesn’t take up too much of my time. When do you usually get home? It depends on the day, but typically I get home at around 6 pm. I have a dinner a little later …… then I lie down for a few minutes and scroll down (move down the screen) social media on my phone. Next, I study for a few hours…. Then I warch TV. I try to stay away (avoid) from negative news. I usually go for (like, prefer) comedies. Before go to bed, I fill in (write) my journal and reflect on (think about) the day. My journal helps me with my emotions and thoughts. It also helps me to set goals. I plan on take a French course this year. (Parlez-vou Français) That’s my new goal. I love to learn and try out (experiment) new things all the time. I just want to point out (indicate) that a journal is really helpful. Yeah, I see. Maybe I should keep a journal, too. I have many goals that I would like to achieve. I want to sign for (join) a gym membership, but I just keep putting it off (delay). I never actually get around to (manage) ever doing it. I plan on keeping a diet and cutting down (reduce) on sweets. But I never make it. I need something sweet every day to help me get through (manage to live) busy days. To sum it all up (summarize), I think I’m a mess. Just stick to (keep following) your goals and don’t give up (stop trying). Your effort finally pay off (be succesful). What do you usually do in your free time? Some times I sleep in (sleep later tan usual) on weekends, when I’m tired. I like to go out (leave house and go to somewhere) and catch up on (learn the latest news about) friends an family. What about you? You’re in the third year, right? What’s your day like? My schedule run over (continues for longer tan planned) no matter how organized I am. I get up pretty late, about 9 a.m. My caothic morning meses up (ruin or spoil) the rest of the day. I wish I could wake up earlier but sleep is holding me back (stop) each morning. I go to bed very late, at about 1 am. I haven’t been able to change this yet, but I’m working on (try to improve) it. I’m sure you finally make it. I have a very busy Schedule, that’s why I never show up (arrive) on time anywhere. The problema is that I have taken up (start a new job) a part-time job at the mall. So I go to work every day after clases. Ther is too much going on (happen) mi life right now. I’m not great at dealing with (handle) stress. May be you need to slow down (be less active) and cut back (reduce) on some activities otherwise you’ll burn yourself out (become exhausted). You are perfectly right. I’ll drop a few activities ans set aside (save) time for rest. Do you want come round (come to my home) on Saturday night? I’m throwing a party. I’m not sure about that. You know I’m not into (don’t like) parties. Please don’t turn me down (refuse an invitation). We’ll have a great time. Ok then, if it’s so important for you, I’ll try to come. Great! I’m looking forward to (expect something with pleasure) it! Do I need to dress up (put in formal clothes)? No, you can use wear casual clothes. I have to go now. I don’t want take up any more of your time. And I have to get down (begin to do) to studying. Thanks for watching! If you like this video, please subscribe to our RUclips channel.

Perfect way to learn english, I really like these videos
Hi, Lucy, thanks for coming over (visit)! You are looking great! Come on in! (Enter)
Hi Melanie!
