Thank you! A lot of the rhetoric around what's and what isn't achievable is becoming a detriment. On one side, people are too naive that they believe everything is natural. Yet, at the same time, too many people try to downplay what is possible. People worry too much about someone else's genetics, their potential natty status, and how fast they got those results. People need to realize that focusing on what you can do with your own physique/fitness is the only way you'll make progress and be proud of it. I appreciate you for raising up this point, what I love about the natural community. Is having this discourse that occurs untouched topics by mainstream fitness
