So when you’re doing the lat pull downs…keep your feet shoulder width apart and then tuck your pelvis in…to prevent hurting or rounding your back. The first thing I noticed when y’all were doing the exercise was that your form was off but everyone goes through these moments in their fitness journey! I suffer a muscle spasm at 29 and went to the emergency room. Lower back problems is no joke. Talk with a specialist ASAP! Otherwise, you can end up taking muscle relaxers forever. Also invest in a good bed that is good for your body shape. I purchase a tempur-pedic bed and my back feels better at 37.
Hey sis. So glad your back is better. I made that exact mistake; had an accident in my 20’s that cracked my coccyx. Thought it was healed, but 15 yrs later was working out & started having pain. Found out it didn’t heal properly. Coccyx was actually bent & later the intensive working out actually broke my back! I now have over 30 titanium rods, bolts & screws in it. A few surgeries & more & I’m STILL in pain every day! Changed my entire life. So PLEASE be careful!! The ONLY way you see this smile on my face is from the grace of God!! ☝🏾😊

i’ve had that happen when i first started working out. it was because my form was wrong during deadlifts. the pain was delayed but lasted a few days but it worked itself out eventually. massages and soaking helps

Yesss ma'am giving back to the community is a wonderful thing. I use to take my clothes and stuff to the Goodwill but I decided years, years ago to give to a church pantry, shelter etc etc. Thanks for sharing that part in this vlog.

I’m so sorry you injured your back. Even before seeing the next clip about the injury, I said to myself I hope she doesn’t injure her back because your form looked wrong. It looked like you were doing a mix of lat pull downs and tricep curls but neither correctly. Pro tip: look up the exercise or target group you want to focus on on RUclips or TikTok to make sure your form is right before and even while you exercise. Hope you’re feeling much better now. 😊

I pulled a muscle in my back a few times and my bestie turned me onto Salonpas. These are the strength for the olds (elderly people with pain). 😂😊 I could not get out my bed. I was yelping in pain. I put that on the night before and I could move the next morning. I will never be without them!

Hey Tajah, glad your back is feeling better. ❤️🩹 I had the worst back pain Jan. 2023, it was due to my spinal column compression. It lasted for a week, I could barely walk and had to be careful with everything I did. I cried because it was soo painful, went to the Dr. to get patches & pain meds. Love when you said, “if it doesn’t bring me closer to God, then I don’t need it.” Amen! 🙏🏾 The curly hair was soo pretty, the fish dinner looked delicious! 😍😍😍 Both of those cars were beautiful! ❤❤❤
Sole, branzino, sea bass, halibut, red snapper, mackerel are great fish options besides salmon. mackerel and red snapper cooked on a grill!! Heaven on earth 😊

Hey Taj the pain might be from the kettle bell. I work out regularly and whenever I use a kettle bell I get the same feeling. My trainer said it’s all about form with the kettle bell. It’s happened so many times to me I refuse to use one. Feel better 😊
