- Original DOS version, played via REminiscence in Windows.
*NOTE: The Win version of REminiscence runs at a slightly higher frame rate (33.3 fps vs 30 fps). When comparing to the original, the adjusted time is 19;01.92.
Fastest single-segment run to date using wall glitch. Solid time. Some minor hiccups on Stage 2, then dumb stuff at Death Tower. Apparently made up for it. (Also, fastest Stage 1 recorded, 1m5.8s) Current goal time is sub-17.
Did I mention Death Tower? =P
So much memories, I remember I spent 3 days for first level
This is probably my favorite elevator simulator
My favourite Amiga game. Good old times... :)

Why, at 16:58, does hitting the switch cause the screen to fade into one where the lift position has changed and the enemy is gone?
It's just an awkward transition between levels. It's a bit jarring since there's no cutscene, but that's how the devs decided to break it up. Also, since we glitch into that area early, you can see the lift doesn't exist at all before the last level (see 16:25).
How on earth do you glitch through the doors... I dug out my megadrive and spent an hour trying to do this...
How to Wall glitch (turn-around method):
1. Position Conrad with his back right up against the door/wall.2. Hold the run button and press direction away from the door/wall.3. As soon as you see Conrad start to move, release the run button and press and hold direction towards the wall.Conrad should now walk through the door/wall. To have him run through the wall, starting holding the run button again after he sticks his leg out to turn around.
@@TascoDLX Thanks... I gave it a go but no joy. Might be my complete lack of skill showing... appreciate the effort in reply though 👍
WAttafuh... level 2 is completely different to the amiga version!
Hm? I just saw this level, it's the same
is this glitched the same on the Amiga version?
Yes. Amiga, Genesis, and original DOS versions allow these glitches. Most other versions do not, but the SNES version allows one of the two wall glitches (the turn-around does not work).
TascoDLX that's crazy. I played it so much on Amiga. I must have ran into them somewhere but never caught on.
The Jesus's speedrun LMAO
This is sped up...
This is run on the REminiscence engine remake for Windows, which runs slightly faster than the original DOS engine. By estimates, it's roughly equivalent to a 19:02 time in the original. It's my fault for not retitling the video. I can see how it may seem a bit off.
13:31 Trump?
Let's make Conrad great again
