In additional to the measurements, the tips that I took from ur recipe is 1. grinding batter in grinder only ( not mixie), 2. adding idiyaapam flour, 3. not over cooking jhangri ( did the same way as for boondi laddu) 4. Adding cardoman powder and rose essence 5. Sugar syrup should be switched off right before one string consistency.

What I feel is the sugar syrup us not enough for all the jaangiris.. Say for example, for this 1 cup you will get around 15-17, for that the sugar syrup is not enough till the end. Also, within this less time, the jeera is not absorbed and it's crispy. What mistakes am I doing. Please clarify so I'll try today itself. Please help.
If you think it will be less sugar syrup you can add 1/2 cup extra sugar then make a syrup ,do not fry the jangiry fully like a crispy for example for boondi ladoo we have make boondi the same way here too you have to cook welll not crispy then it's absorb the sugar syrup

Hello Gomathi, when I take out the jangiri is it supposed to be crispy or soft. Also when u take it out is the oil supposed to stop bubbling or should we take it while it’s still bubbling. I am planning to make this for Deepavali. Please advise. Thanks!!!
Hi Lalitha, fry until batter is cook well (not too crispy not too soft) ,when you take from the oil it will little crisp few minutes latter it will soft, hope you under stand.😊👍
