A great video going over the wheatiee situation and the drama that happened behind the scenes, i really hope the drama ends and i can move back into osu again
was surprised to see what unfolded outside of the main topic, not too sure if it fits but I guess you can agree they’re connected in a way, interesting video overall since I didn’t really know much about this situation and how the graphs worked etc
worth mentioning that joshstar said that i was the "least trustworthy person in the entire mania community" because i said that there's a CHANCE that prodigy type young players could be abusing adderall and similar substances since they're so easy to acquire. i just find that really funny considering he still tries to act like he's still in LS despite getting kicked out a week after joining
i was in actually one of the group chats with wheatiee wheatiee didnt said anything weird to those people who he didnt hate but when he got into a mad argument he said the hard R one time and thats it but wheatiee has a weird type of ego like comparing his friends status in the mania community if he is mad his ego was pretty weird is all i can say

I feel that this video was necessary. There are lots of recurring themes in these mania dramas and similarities between each one that occur, not this one though. As far as I agree with you, in the sense, that these dramas shouldn't deserve coverage in the first place - that the way certain people behave primitively is just their own problem, it is why the video wasn't just dedicated to a cheater. There is a whole sequence of events (this wheatiee drama being somewhere in the middle and a stepping stone) which led to another and could've or, perhaps, still can get someone into legal trouble as this is recent. The main idea is that a portion of a community in a video game can get people to go too far. Josh interrogated wheatiee, someone who is only 12, in a military-grade fashion. People need to simmer down, this video is a great example of that and it is more than just a "cheater" issue.

This drama is one of the worst ones by far in the mania community and as lonely said the wheatiee drama tied to the joshstar one. To summarize this video, the mania community has gone too far and got to the point where they felt it was necessary to perform a grueling interrogation on somebody who is only 12 years old. I've watched the entirety of the unedited wheatiee call along with lonely and it was like I watched someone endure torture for 2 and a half hours (besides all the memes, shitposts, and NSFW stuff in there). Cheaters should just be shunned by the entire community in a game and let the appropriate team within that game to deal with the matter, no matter who the cheater is, we should never have to reach this point.
