Facelift Base model Civic has most of the options the Oriel variant has apart from sunroof, alloy rims, fog lamps and led headlights, base model has the same headlights as the pre-facelift Oriel had. Navigation and Leather seats are an option on both Oriel and Base model so you have to pay extra for those options in both variants. But the pre-facelift base model didn't have retractable side mirrors, cruise control and it didn't even have smart entry with Push start. It had a similar jack knife key to Rebirth. So with the facelift they added all these options even in the Base model. But it's better to go for the Oriel variant because you get a sunroof, alloy rims, fog lamps and led headlights with a small price increase. Oriel has much better resale as well...
