Back in August last year while inspecting a snakes head/gums the top of my thumb got cut quite deep. As I was looking at him he yanked his head back and a tooth caught my thumb.

I own 2 ball python and a red tail Columbian boa constrictor,and I never been bitten by them now a friend of mine have a emerald tree boa and it was my first snake bite the bite was deep I bleeding real bad but besides all that the pain level was over 9000 they are gorgeous snake and I think that's my next snake I want and they are not cheap

Burms are usually not cantankerous so maybe change up something with your handling.
