Yo! Lot has happened since my last video, moved to a new home, bigger garage, sold the S2000, now have a M3. Wanted to do a quick update video and more so showcasing the M3
@@midarete great but if possible you should add some spherical bearings to you front and rear arms. I changed out to spl on my F80..more nvh but now the car is on rails.. Solid diff mounts will also help but be prepared for the harshness.. I do spirited street driving on a weekend so I don't mind it.. I am running Pilot sport 4S tires .. Good luck with your build
I think it depends on what you want out of a car. Fortunately for me, I still have my NSX so that means I get an older JDM manual car that I can take out whenever. I do think the F80 is the best car I've own so far. Not from a raw driving perspective but rather a more "modern" car compared to the S2K that I can take out and not worry so much about maintenance for an older car. The F80 does have a few things you need to look out for, but I wouldn't hesitate again to make the trade.
What he said was about right, it's all up to you. But in my opinion a f8x m3 is such an amazing car to drive manual or dct and sounds amazing when done right.
Wow insanely clean F80 ! It's exactly how I would imagine it if I were to get one - TEs, Laptor lip, hood etc. so tidy.
This is by far my favorite looking f80, if i build one this is literally what i would do. its beautiful man!!!

Nice choice…spend your money on suspension…this car will kill you if you do not get the tires and proper suspension setup….
100%, fortunately the car came with M Performance HAS kit, ride is super smooth and the TEs are on MP4S
