Kurd have nothing to do with assyrian language or culture and there is no Kurdistan that's just what the west want .and yes we still speak our language and we still teach it ..and the Arabic language spoken in Iraq is the original one .I speak Arabic I'm assyrian from iraq and speak assyrian. ....Kurds are not assyrian or Iraqi. الآشوريين لغتهم آشورية وليست آرامية , هذا خطئكم لن نتفق عليه ,لأن حتى اللغة الآرامية القديمة تشكلت في القرن الحادي عشر قبل الميلاد من الآشورية والكنعانية , لكن الآراميين أدخلوا الحروف الفينيقية لبلاد آشور , ولهذا أختلطت على العلماء , ولأن الآشوريين كانوا يكتبون بالخط المسماري , ثم شمال العراق هو بلاد آشور , أي تنازلات لن نقبل بها ولن نبيع أنفسنا لأحد .

This guy who call himself Assyrian probably knows nothing about Jewish history and what Assyrian kings did to jewish people in Judah , he has also no idea how badly they look at Israel even today. Assyrians are no different than Arabs when it comes to Israel and Jewish people

You are mixing Ur with each other. We Assyrians speak Assyrian, and our nationality is Assyrian, and Aramaic is completely different from Assyrian. It is possible that we use Aramaic letters, but this does not mean that we are aramians. The Turks use English letters, but they are Turks, and the same is true of Persians. Stop misleading public opinion

@@Sanharib your right as some one who Hebrew is native language we use the "Ktav ashuri" due to historical events after the Assyrian empire conquered Judea and Israel and had its influence on Hebrew language.
Us Assyrians love our ancient Jewish brothers and sisters. You are an example that pacifism, intelligence, and hard work always triumphs over oppression, racism, and ignorance. Jews have been dispersed and persecuted for centuries just for being different, similarly to Assyrians. I can only hope the Assyrian community learns from your example before it’s too late.
