The compacted dirt is very sticky. Guy in the Hopper has to work hard. Just my own feminine opinion. BUT wearing white in this job amazes me. No disrespect. Hard word and dangerous. Cheers from New Zealand
A simple piece of equipment could safely replace two of those workers, and remove the remaining worker from inside that dangerous trough. THIS CULTURE HAS LITTLE VALUE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL WORKER.
