also for a mini clarification: Julian Loki is very explosive in running but if we were to have Loki and Chigiri have a racing compet from 1 side of the field (like fromm the goal) ALLLLL the way to the other goal, Chigiri can still win, Julian Loki is essentially an ULTRA ULTRA ULTRA upgraded Zantetsu. Explosive Acceleration but super long distant sprints are still Chigri's prime time. the Key to Loki's speed for sure though is the fact he can just ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM from point A to Point B which is why it really looks like he's faster when he's just essentially dashing from two points to another then resetting his speed then starting again.
Also PS: I can be ENTIRELY WRONG cause its just my analysis from observing everyone and reading through the manga. Cause there was no real comparison of Chigiri and Julian.

The tanned guy name is Shidou Ryusei, and trust me guys, you're gonna loveee this guy. Fyi, Just a glimpse to scale his power, remember that Kunigami LOST to this guy. And we know how good Kunigami is, especially with his lefty shot. Shidou is a beast when he's inside penalty area. One of the few characters of blue lock that is actually a pure striker.
