Whoever was undermining Taylor during this episode by not awarding points when she was trying to award points or by trying to micromanage her laugh, please stop interfering with Taylor’s creative process. Unless I much misunderstood what was going on here, but it was very awkward for me as a viewer. You were hindering my enjoyment of the show. Also, that contestant from last show who kept making jokes after Taylor clearly expressed she was not enjoying those jokes also hindered my enjoyment of the show.
I have been watching from the beginning and for me personally, an endearing part of the show is to watch Taylor have an awkward, anxious laugh at the beginning of the episode and to watch that laugh turn natural as she gets into her groove enjoying the silly transition jokes and the chemistry among the contestants. Taylor really makes this show great. Please let her host the way she feels comfortable hosting.
I really wonder if people would be so quick to publicly undermine her authority on HER OWN show if she were male. Somehow I doubt it, and that my friends is systemic sexism. If you are one of the employees of the show you can either be a part of it or you can try to support the fun and playful atmosphere she is developing on the show. Please choose to let her continue spreading laughter in her own way. Thank you.
