An excellent video and a very impressive showing from Honda FC also.

Thanks! Honda FC impressed me a lot in this game. Incredible turnout for a non-league team in a mid-week match. Honda FC's hometown is about a four-hour drive from Saitama, which makes it even more impressive!

Yeah, it's awesome, isn't it? Honda FC versus Kashima Antlers is going to be very interesting! But I'll be going to V-Varen Nagasaki v Ventforet Kofu in the next round, which should also be fascinating!

@@LostinFootballJapan speaking of more than one match being played at the same time, i always try to watch Emperors Cup games on internet, but rarely have success.... do you know if any TV in Japan show these games? I know NHK sometimes show Cup games..

It's a bit difficult to watch Emperor's Cup games on TV, even in Japan... But NHK seems to show one game per round, while Sky PerfecTV shows the others. Here's a link to the TV information for each round

Amazing vlog again! Other two corporate teams in the JFL include Sony Sendai and Honda Lock SC right?

Thanks! Yep, that's right. And FC Maruyasu Okazaki also have strong links to Maruyasu Industries

Do you know why they dont want to get promoted even some of them have won the JFL

@@user-name3366 Teams like Honda FC and Sony Sendai would have to take on the identity of their home towns if they got promoted. J.League teams aren't allowed to be named after corporations. And it seems the company teams are happy with the situation in the JFL. They get to advertise their companies through the team name and don't have to go fully professional

@@LostinFootballJapan wait but even if they get promoted, can't they just abbreviate like how Red Bulls Lipzigs = RB lipzigs of Bundesliga. They can't use the company name so they just abbreviate can't the j league do that or is it ban?
Edit: Like Lipzigs, they were still able to take the company name and the hometown together and do advisement aswell.

That's a good point! There is a precedent of that happening. JEF United Chiba play in the J.League, but their name is an abbreviation of the former corporate team name: JR East Furukawa Football Club. So, yes, Honda FC could go up to the J.League, but not with Honda directly in the name. However, they don't seem interested in taking that option. They're the strongest team in the JFL, and that seems to suit their ambition
