Hey mate, Thanks so much for watching. This is called the RDT method (Ross Droplet Technique). Simply put, a small spritz of water reduces the static build up and drastically reduces your grinders retention of coffee grounds. If you are interested check out this link for some more info on RDT and our little spray bottles :) thebasicbarista.com/collections/new-products/products/basic-barista-rdt-metal-spray-bottle-matte-black-50ml Cheers, Liam
Hey Afiq! Thanks so much for your question and sorry for the delay in response time. my estimate would be around 24-26 Clicks on the Timemore C2 Obviously with different beans this measurement will vary so be sure to go by taste always :) Hope this helps! Cheers.
This recipe that you show is with medium roast? What temperature do you recommend for a light roast? thanks and very good recipe
This recipe was for a light roast
Thanks for the video, I was wondering why we spray some water on top of the beans before shaking & grinding? Thanks a lot
