Saw these in Nottingham. Great live band and this was probably my favourite song of 2019.
I was there too! That gig was insane. My mate went to see Flogging Molly at Rock City instead on that night. He listened to some Drug Church a few days later and regretted that decision haha.

This is great work. Really innovative and interesting playing as a band, very tight. The vox has incredible phrasing and the drumming ties this work together neatly. Keep it up guys, this is great stuff.

I just discovered this album after sleeping on it for a few years. Holy fuck, is it good! It's right up my alley - hardcore punk influence with catchy ultra-90s-sounding guitar lines and relatable lyrics. It's like someone created a band specifically designed to appeal to me.
Reminds me of Unwound, post-hc band :)

The album cover is nazi iconography, the CHEER at the top is like letters on a mailbox. (convergence of fascist ideology and the suburban American household). The three figures: refer to Foam Pit. Cheer can mean happiness (ironic) or CHEER, a demand, or an instruction, capitalized like a lot of fascist propaganda. A lot of the album deals with power/dynamics (Tillary, Dollar Story, Conflict Minded) I'd write a 33 1/3 on this book if I could, the lyrics really hit home. Just when I thought that Drug Church couldn't top Paul Walker!
