ok so, i have crippling depression and have had multiple attempts of suicide but i had this one friend who never gave up on me, she continued to believe that i could get better and helped me through. but, like all legends, she passed away this date last year after a car crash. my life has never been the same but im always told that she would want me to live. one of my distinct memories of her is that she could play this on the piano beautifully and she used to play it for me whenever i got bad. now i have dedicated myself to learning this but ill never be able to play it as beautifully as her.

Your friend was a beautiful person, and you should think of her, and how much she believed in you every time you were feeling at your worse. Do your best to enjoy life. I hope one day you will get better and understand why your friend believed in you as much as she did and never gave up on you. Life is beautiful, but the only way to really expirience it is if YOU believe in it. Noone can do it for you. It's hard, it will take time, buT as long as you don't give up, you will get there. Listening to this brings back a whole video of memories in my mind me and my ex wife driving true the south of france my twins who where babies back than in the back seat us stopping a fields to chill or just the drives true beautyfull landscapes my kids laughing seeing her smile a perfect picture. Listening to this brings back a whole video of memories in my mind me and my ex wife driving true the south of france my twins who where babies back than in the back seat us stopping a fields to chill or just the drives true beautyfull landscapes my kids laughing seeing her smile a perfect picture.

hi, I'm in a similar situation than you, I've become an empty shell of life. What was once so enjoyable, is now just something that occurs. Ive not felt love for 4 years, only negative emotions get through. life seems like a big theather play, with you on the background, barely recognizable. Empathy is long gone and I need professional help. Feelings get confused, I had a depressive episode before this with dark thoughts I ache to suppress. I don't want my own blood on my hands.

Kendi kendini yardım terapisi. Mucize bir kitap. Hayatımı çok değiştirdi. Kitabı bitirmek 3 ayımı aldı ama ilaç gibi geldi. Oradaki terapileri denileni isterim. Kendini iyi bak.
