Hi Heidi, if I’m doing freelancing for one specific company in a period of time, is it normal to give notice period to the company before I resign from their freelancing position?
It sounds like you're in more of a (possibly illegal) permalance role than a real freelancing role (more on that here: ruclips.net/video/gF_pKL1h4XU/видео.html). But either way, think about it! If you're working for someone in any capacity, wouldn't it be nice to give some notice if your working arrangement is going to change? No one wants to be left high and dry without notice, so yes, common courtesy would be to give some heads up ;)
Thanks Heidi for all your time, enthusiasm and support, you are such a rare gem! :)
Thank you so much for sharing this! It helps so much ❤
You're so welcome!
