The call recording feature is available for some regions. NOT for all. Therefore, you need to either buy the phone in the country where Samsung phones have the call recording feature or flash the firmware for such countries. I don't know anything about it. I suggest you to check geek forums such as xda developers for the detailed info.

If you want to know more, I'd suggest you to google how to get call recording on samsung s22 or searching on xda developers... Some years ago I read something about installing a ROM for a different region to obtain such a feature.

You don’t need this cover if you have a smartwatch since if you need to glance at the phone you better just look at the full screen. So this design is sort of useless.
