A C-shape that curls close to the eye and around the eye socket? 2. Idea: On the TrinnyLondon website, as anywhere, color reproduction is so tricky, which holds me back from selection choices. (I couldn't find a model that matches, and some of their photos are confusing anyway - Darcey, Maddie and Izzy are in the lightest group, but all three appear darker then the next face up.). As color connoisseurs you'd be great at verbal descriptions of a shade's true nature, but I have ambitions for even more. How about a software feature that would allow us to click, then compare, 2-3 shades side by side, to see which is darker/cooler/warmer/pearlier? Maybe even a GIF clip to show the reflectivity/matteness better? Seeing you two hold two Lip2Cheek shades side by side and tilt them for an accurate color read made me think of it. Especially with eyeshadow shades, it would also be brilliant to have the product description for, let's say, Mystery name two shades that would coordinate with its undertone, in case we'd like a coordinating matte crease shade or a lighter pearly eyelid as Trinny put on here. A girl can dream.

Question I have noticed that if I use my BFF and BFF Serum after a Cerve Vit C gel, my BFF "rolls" off, any idea why. I usually let my serum dry for 5 minutes. Thanks
Hoping I may answer this for you! I am an aesthetician. Product can pill when there is a build up of dead skin , a gentle washcloth or other gentle exfoliation may do the trick. Never overdo exfoliation! Another reason is some products although absorbed by the skin have formulations that can pill and are best used at night, rinse off residue in the morning.
Trinny, I live in USA, is it possible to get your products here say from Ulta Beauty or other outlets? I ordered from your website, but my credit card was compromised after ordering and am afraid to order again.
