The private security is under the same laws as civilians in CA. They cannot stop anyone, shoot anyone or do anything unless they are directly attacked. If they are not directly attacked the person they attack can press assault charges on them. Even if they did stop them, do you think they will be held in prison, or not released on no bail?

EVEN IN San Diego, it is getting CRAZY!!! About 2 weeks ago, a passenger TRIED TO STEAL one of the drivers bags that had his wallet in it!!! Luckily, the driver caught the passenger in time and got his stuff back!! But we have REAL THUGS doing CRAZY stuff on the city buses these days!! EVEN the druvers are getting FEARFUL these days!!

Never take public transportation in California. Not worth risking your life.

Get all those homeless junkies out of the trains and stations and the police officers should stop just hanging out in groups chitchatting or on their phone doing nothing to keep commuters safe.

Typical Gascon constantly keeps setting violent repeat offender free until it's too late and something terrible happens.. Except if they break into the mayor Bass house of course then he actually does his job for a change.......what a disgrace...
