How-to analyze cyanotoxins using the Microcystin-LR equivalents ELISA method

This video will demonstrate how to measure Microcystin-LR equivalents using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method test kit. Microcystins are naturally produced within the cell walls of living cyanobacteria (blue-green algae). When the cell dies or ruptures, microcystins are released into water.
The Walkerton Clean Water Centre has created instructional videos to provide guidance to operators and trained persons. This series demonstrates how to analyze different parameters to assess drinking water quality.
