It took me a few moments to realize what this was beyond a Dr. Mario clone but once I had it became fun. I'd never seen and only heard of these. There were only a couple this unlicensed company made for the NES/Famicom, I think, and the other is some sort of casino based game if remembering history correctly? Actual cartridges are quite rare and go for a pretty penny. Gameplay wise it gets challenging in the later stages. What's rather funny present day is how something like this once upon a time was considered lewd & risque. Oh, the irony!
