    I don't own my mineral interest under my land but I did declare by recorded affidavit that I own the Renewable Energy Rights and Air Rights in connection to my land here in West Virginia. Would this apply in the same way? Thanks.

    If I was to buy a house today in cash, how would I buy the house and not be in the public record, and get the rights? I don't have an llc.

      Buy with an LLC that has anonymity. Make sure you are not listed as a member or manager of the LLC with the secretary of state.
