The people at my dealer said they had never seen one fail and the sold them since they came out in 87. Only replaced one because the owner wanted it done.
OOKKK.... THANK YOU FOR THE INFO ON THIS ..I JUST PUT A DEPOSIT ON. A 2024. AS MATER OF FACT... ITS FIRECRACKER RED ... BUT IT'S GREAT TO KNOW THIS 👍👍😎
Happy fkin new year my brother! Brap brap! 👊💀 Weird how for some there shite an for others they've been awesome. We all know most don't take care of there shite.
On the Gen3 the Doohickey is fine. It's the spring that gets ingested. Had mine go slack. Regardless of whether or not anyone believes it, or whether it's made up, it's a silly design that Kawasaki could fix any time they wanted to. That's the real answer.
@@robluce6334 I've never seen a spring fail either. The dealer I got my bike from has only ever seen one spring go bad and it was on a Gen 2 with 80,000 miles that wasn't well maintained. I was asking my buddy who works there about it when I went to buy some chain lube
@@dualsportoutdoors A spring that's just hanging there and not doing anything, is one spring too many. Still a bad design, "failed" or not. Kawasaki could fix it any time they want. It's a silly problem to have.
@@seanhewitt2521 tell me you didn't watch the video without telling me. I also mentioned others I know who have never had the issue. I probably also shoukd have mentioned that my local dealer has never seen it either. Take your trolling elsewhere kid
It’s probably because you maintain it well 😊

I had plenty of destroyed crankcases on the bench due to balancer failure. Just because you're ignorant about it doesn't mean it won't fail.
