Na matchmaking doesn't have enough players. If you play anything but peak hours you'll get janky groups sometimes. That and it also might be low trust factor. It's worse at the bottom and top ranks.
@@antanis not only NA i also experience same problem having silver teammates while being a LEM player and i play in EU.
Its not because you have low/high Trust Factor, but because u are matched with players with similar TF. CSGO prioritizes TF over rank

You can use csgostats.gg to find out who got banned. It's basically a better version of the Match History tab on csgo. It has a ton of relevant information on the games you play.
i use that site solely for the purpose of finding out who has cheated against me

he didn't get banned. I got free elo for that

You still keep the elo if your teammate gets banned, unless you queued with him

You should upload all your games on csgostats.gg, just copy paste the gotv download link into the search bar of that site. You see a profile from you and a nice overview of all games and a sign to the games with bans. I use that site since start of 2019 and it's awesome.

If you are shocked to receive one of this blue dialog you get fried when you see my collection of this dialogs, till now I have mode than 100 saved screenshot, one for each time it appeared

It gets harder and harder to rank solo the closer you get to your current skill. Like when i started, i was stuck in nova forever, cause i wasnt good enough to get myself out alone.
What i mean is, there is a difference in being good enough to rank up as a valued member of a team vs being good enough to rank up as basically the only decent player on your team. So get a bunch of random people with the same or higher skill level, that want to improve and try growing with them. Just know the people you play with to get mg1 are prob not gonna be the people you play with when you get global, since people grow at different rates and have different limitations.
Well yeah... of course the closer your rank is to your actual skill level the harder it is to rank up - because you aren't good enough to rank up.
Fl0m is obviously good enough to rank up though... as someone who is GE, Fl0m is obviously a far better player than I am.

I don't understand why Volkswagen keeps putting people into these heavily skewed games. Don't they realise an LEM hitting 40 bombs against silvers just means they are gunna get a shit tonne of reports ALL THE TIME? Some of us don't have the benefit of being a well-known streamer who plays against pros, and just get insta-reported as soon as we hit headshots.

Yep the situation with cheaters is ridiculous at the moment. I soloq-ed to GE on a F2P account before I even reached Prime. That is because of the amount of cheaters that got banned and the other cheaters carrying me against spinbots :P
Essentially with the exception of a few good games, I bottom-fragged my way to GE after 33 wins (77 games in total, 83% of games were with cheaters banned) and of course there are tons of more cheaters that have not been banned yet in the rest of my games, I am waiting for a RankS rank up soon :P
At this point I think they should make it into an official challenge mode: "SoloQ an F2P account to Global before reaching Prime".

you do get elo back if somebody was hacking in the game, once a hacker is banned all his games are erased and everybody in that game get original elo from the start of that match. Valve put it in to try to stop hacker boosting.
A cheater got banned from my recent rank-up game and it dropped me back down to MGE. Sad times.
