Can u just tell me which Network address you have used at 4:18. Also do we have to get a separate address for zabbix server.

Thank you for the comment.
Usually, you can log into the router and observe which address has been assigned for this VirtualBox machine.
A different approach is to pick "Host-only adapter" (1:54) for your virtual machine, therefore, more likely, you will be able to connect the Zabbix appliance on address 192.168.56.101/zabbix.
