I've been using Illustrator for years now and your videos continue to expand my knowledge of the tools in this program. Great job. Well timed, too, with the fall season approaching (I hope we can continue to squeeze a little bit more out of summer weather, though😊).
This is such a brilliant and easy to follow tutorial! My only problem is I can't move the individual anchor points (in order to widen the tree trunk) without altering the size of the entire shape. Has anyone got any suggestions? Thank you!
Hey - Thanks for your great tutorials :-) I can't add color to the leaves ?? - No matter which color I choose, it only add grayscale to them - How can that be?
Jann, When you create a leaf scatter brush be sure to change the "colorization method" to "tints" ruclips.net/video/OMqeDt7ES-k/видео.html Thanks again for your support and for watching!
Helo Hikear, I have a weird problem with my Illustrator and I didn't find any help from any of the forums. If I open the Ruler by Cmnd + R and try to drag the cross rulers from the corner to my artboard it shows the grey dotted lines but once i release the mouse rulers do not appear. If I however drag the ruler from top or bottom, the guides appear fine. The problem is ONLY with the cross guides that you take from the top left corner in your video. Any idea how to fix this as his is a common functionality that i desperately need?
While you are dragging both rulers from the top left corner, press and hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on Mac) With the Ctrl (Command) key still pressed, first release the mouse, and then release the Ctrl (Command) key. If you still can't see the lines, go to "View">"Guides" and make sure the "Show Guides" is selected. I hope this will help. Thank you for watching!
Hello, thank you for taking time to answer me :) I tried with alt/option and it didn't work, then I just tried with "command" and like a miracle it worked. Thank you so much for this and all your great tutorial videos :)
