    Great interview, John.
The Brady trivia was cool, and how Alice and Sam’s last names were chosen was fantastic.
Other Brady trivia was Jan wanted to go out with Billy Garst who was one of the shows editors, Bill E. Garst. And one of the very last scenes in the last episode, Carol and Bobby are talking on the stairs and Carl Mahakian is mentioned who was in their post production department. Cool ways to work someone’s name in an episode!

I love this interview with Lloyd. Of course, the Brady Bunch is another iconic show from my childhood where I have all 5 seasons on DVD . It would be great if you could get to interview some of the actors from Brady Bunch. Thanks for another great interview, John. And of course, it's always great seeing Bob too. He has a lot of insight into these "classic" (makes me feel old saying that) shows too.

Thanks Beth, Lloyd was a blast to interview. I am constantly working on getting the other cast members, time will tell. The Brady Bunch brings back so many great memories. Bob and I both love the show.

Robert Reed was essentially a stage actor and stage dad at the same time. A lethal combination to deal with for sure for the producers. But his heart was in the right place and while it doesn't excuse everything, it certainly makes it easier to understand. The kids turned out pretty darn good. How much that was attributed to Robert Reed we will never know. But I would like to think he had some impact.

I think Robert Reed had a very positive impact on the Brady kids. Unfortunately his wasn't always easy to deal with for the producers.

Shout out to Jake Reiner! Great to hear he's gotta movie. I interviewed him for my podcast 6 yrs ago when he was a news reporter for the NBC here in Houston. We talked about him & Rob doing a Summer MLB park tour & calling an inning with Bob Uecker in Milwaukee as a 12 yr old, among other things. Quick aside: Rob met Jake's mom while When Harry Met Sally was a project. Harry & Sally weren't going to end up together until Rob fell in love with her. Without Jake's mom, When Harry Met Sally might not be a classic & there'd be no Jake, of course

Thanks for a great video, John, Lloyd and Bob! In 1990 (I think), after the premiere of The Bradys, I had the temerity as a 23-year-old to write a letter to Hollywood icon Mr. Sherwood Schwartz, detailing why I didn’t think the show would survive (which it didn’t). To my astonishment, not only did Mr.Schwartz write back to me, but he actually AGREED with me! But, he said, he gave CBS what they wanted., since they were paying the bills. I treasure that letter to this day. Just Imagine-a powerhouse like Sherwood Schwartz bothering to respond to some brash know-it-all punk kid of 23! That’s my definition of class!
