@Skorrrpion Dude, no one said it was Death Metal.
The important word in Melodic Death Metal is, you guessed it, MELODIC. Power/thrash metal or whatever I'm pretty sure doesn't have fry screams, and Melodeath closely resembles the sound of Death Metal, just in Melodic form.

@Zakorto Yeah I know what you mean. MElo-Death is good. Don't get me wrong, but when I search new death metal bands in... yeah.. All I see is the same stuff. Cause... speaking metaphoricly here, imaginge eating the notes and chords of music. Melo death eventualy tastes like margerine. Whereas CANNIBAL CORPSE and DYING FETUS is like eating a fuckin nice BISCUIT! So... I search new death metal bands for ... a new type of biscuit. LOl... Does any of this make ANY SENCE?
