Most soldiers never move to full auto on selection. Preferring single fire or three round burst.
The only people who use those things, if they even work. Are shooters having fun, or idiots.
It’s a range toy, lots of noise but it reduces you chance of hitting anything significantly.

Switches were created after May 19th 1986. Hughes Amendment made it to where no new machine guns could be registered and sold to regular citizens that were made after May 19th 1986.
You can special license (SOT) and make them. But the company owns them. Not yourself. When you no longer have your SOT you have to sell or destroy those machine guns.
@@KM_1983 yeah thats the only way new machine guns can be owned, not too bad if your already a dealer(FFL&SOT) Ive seen a few on G44s(the 22lr). The FFL i use had his SOT partner retire, everything went away until they found a new SOT. They had to stop renting full autos for awhile

If it’s designed with the intention of converting a semi-automatic into a firearm that fires more than one shot per a single function of the trigger it’s an NFA item which falls under the same law as machine guns

Weapons and weapon parts are legal under the constitution and full auto is actually protected as well for the government has them

This story is confusing. They spend minutes building up to and explaining these Glock switches, then right at the end real quickly say he didn’t have any. What kind of reporting is this? 😂

The answer is none. It was a definition change by the ATF. They DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE LAW.

There is no such thing as a transferable glock switch. The glock pistol came out after the machine gun registry was closed in the 80s... sience then it has been illegall for civilians to buy new machine guns... the only legal glock switches are non transferable post samples, manufactured on a demo letter, manufactured by a FFL sot 8.

At about 4:00am one morning I heard gunfire. 3 different guns were being fired. One was full auto. I'm pretty sure someone had a switch. There are lots of them on the streets all over the country. Can't say China is not involved.

You need a class 3 weapons license to own a Glock switch there fellas. Many gun ranges have full auto glocks, but they’re factory full auto. Not Glock switches.

So this guy said that the only reason somebody would have a Glock switch is to commit an illegal act which is entirely wrong growing up in the country we are raised to modify our guns so that way they are more useful to us in a scenario when we have to use them the most common scenario were told growing up is in case the country is ever invaded and we have to pick up arms to defend us our family and our fellow citizens how is that illegal.
