Michael was "pure evil," and Dr. Loomis treated him when he was admitted. Plus, he looks almost just like Dr. Pleasant. I'm a huge Michael Myers fan, so I kinda fangirled when I realized this

I love that the game has some comedic elements without ruining the scary-ness of the game. Like the notes around the house were so thrilling and cool to hear but the phone calls were also funny. And my man Rex is so funny ong I want him as a kid 😂

This whole game is basically a love story to Halloween it's awesome. The killer was a child killer who grew up and tried to get the babysitter, after breaking out on Halloween.
The whole thing is basically Halloween tbh, babysitters, Halloween night, dr pleasant/loomis, the “evil” and “hell escape and kill again” parts, also pleasant saying the ding dong ditcher ripper was admitted as a child, it’s basically a fan made game for the first movie and I love it
“Dr. Pleasant” I think is supposed to be a tribute to the late Donald Pleasance, who played Michael Myers’s psychiatrist Dr. Loomis in Halloween (1978). He called Michael as a child “evil” too and tried to keep him locked up. Spoiler alert: Dr. Loomis put one right between Mikey’s peepers at the end of the movie with a revolver but Michael never dies. Amazing tribute to a great movie and actor by the game devs.
Jay is such an awesome content creator, one of my favorite things to do is watch his videos with my partner, now everytime my partner and I watch a horror movie one of us will say "WE BETTER GET OUR COMPLIMENTARY HORROR GAME FLASHLIGHT!"
You can always understand from the thumbnails, how scary a video is, if he's extremely terrified, it means the game was good,the less terrified, the more jump scares it had, there is truly no game that Jay plays is and isn't fun or scary
