I have been meditating for several months, but it’s just now that I have been granted by my sub-conscious mind to visit my akashic records. Plus, I have had the chance to meet my spirit guides - two beautiful lions. They both stood on my sides. I was amazed at how fierce they looked but they were really gentle to me. The place where my akashic record is stored is a majestic one! It’s walls are high and are made of gold. There is a stairway leading to a dungeon, but it’s locked. I was trying to open it but my spirit guides told me not to enter. What a wonderful experience! Thank you so much for this guided meditation, Joe!

@@lightchildstarseeding1739 i understand this was around a year ago, and i hope you find yourself well, however i also hope that your understanding of the spiritual edifices we have access to has widened.
the akashic records, as primarily explained, does tend to be a large, universal; ordered, yet not; organized, yet not; library. However, what we call the akashic records is just a center of knowledge. To say that it only ever shows in one form, or rather to say that any spiritual thing can only have one form, is generally a sign that one needs to reconsider how strictly they themselves define spirituality within themself. Yes, the records are grand, magnificent, and something akin to angels traverse and tend the halls. that said, if the records themselves would be too cumbersome a thought, if they would be met with something other than wonder or contentment, then the records would be allowed to take whatever form is most appropriate for the wanderer. what is important about the akashic records is the information kept, the experience itself can be verified to some degree by matter of sharing what you learn and verifying whether or not that information is correct. but to discredit someone's experience because they perceived the records differently to you or whatever the mainstream view of them is is hardly nurturing anyone.
Fell asleep but i woke up feeling recharged and had this strange sense of “knowing” without actually learning anything new.

I think I fell asleep, but when he said “close the book” I came back and had an image of exactly that, closing this big leather bound book in this cozy library where the book shelves were surrounding me and were very tall. I felt that I was back to consciousness but not my body fully. I am not sure what happed in the middle of the experience and I can’t believe time just melted away like that.

This happened to me the first time I listened. I came back right after hearing the countdown to return to my body. I don't remember the experience and am having a difficult time getting myself to the trance to see the akashic records

I asked the question: What makes someone turn evil? and: What makes an evil person turn good?
The shelf I was directed to didn't have any books on it, just a sticky note with one word written on either side: "Love".
Which means. What you love the most you will be

I have never commented on a RUclips video, but this hypnosis was amazing. I had several questions, and I got the answer that I wasn't expecting, but was absolutely correct. Seriously, I went back to a moment in history, that wasn't even on my mind, and had a discussion with a couple of people on the date that was on the book. Truly, truly remarkable. Seriously life changing. I wrote pages in a journey. Then throughout the day, all signs indicated I got the right answer.

Thank you! What a great mediation! I relaxed very deeply and lost some time, but then I became consciously aware just at the moment before walking into the temple. So I was able to recall what I saw there. I saw 1767 and a “witch” being burnt at the stake. Then I went back a little further and saw her standing in woodland a few miles from where I live, she was picking fly agaric mushrooms and she felt really peaceful and content. I knew she was a midwife and herbalist and she I asked her if she had any wisdom for me, and she told me to let the plants speak to me and be my guide. Amazing stuff as I am a birth doula and I have an amateur understanding of herbalism. How cool! I am sure more will come in mediation in future and I feel I can go back and ask her questions now I have met her. I will be using this mediation again!
I've used other ones but with this one I had my first astral projection experience where I walked into French doors and I think I went into a past life...I saw it clear as day. I was so amazed! Thank you for helping me get there 😊
Did this and though I have no recollection of astral projection...I did have my answers kind of just come to me. I was trying to find information on one of my past lives and discovered in doing so a past life in Atlantis, apparently, I was called Aldros at the time and my wife was a priestess Aælene. We lived in the middle ring of the main city where she would work with crystals for healing others and I would keep records kind of like a librarian. A car alarm went off at that point outside and broke my trance but man it felt nice. I mean my body wasn't paralyzed but my arms and legs were so relaxed they felt heavy, tingly then numb. This meditation is most certainly worth giving a try :) you never know what you will find. I felt relaxed the rest of the day after doing it.

This was extremely powerful. I’m still trying to process what I experienced.. it felt so relaxing, yet energizing and deeply healing. What an amazing experience. The book was brightly shining and even fell off the shelf and onto the floor. It was very emotional reconnecting with my past self. It’s like she (I) knew I was visiting and she gave me advice. It was like a reunion, and I was saddened to leave her. She knew what I was there for, which I will keep to myself at present, and she gave me the words and the advice ...more than I could have ever imagined. She told me she had been waiting for me for a while and knew I’d come to see her eventually. It needed to be the right time. I will say this....she was like a hermit. A lone woman living in the woods kind of an outcast, but also know as a healer. One with nature and animals. Loving and giving. It was a wonderful experience, and thank you!
Joe T, when I was in the records I was in tears just a feeling of sadness and loss like losing loved one in my past life. My question(s) were, what is my healing power and what is my gift or contribution to this world/universe. I saw this tremendously bright light. It was so bright that even with my eyes closed I was still squinting because it shined so bright. I know what my gift/contribution to this world/universe and it is to be a beacon of light for people.

I didn't think this would work my first time, but this had me in another dimension and I AM SO GRATEFUL I FOUND THIS! My meditation was so deep that I started to see flashes of light and electric shocks and spasms throughout my body. I learned so much but A LOT to unpack. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
That was a beautiful experience. I’m not sure if I fell asleep but I remember come if back to my mind when closing the book. The library was vast and peaceful. I definitely want to go there again.
I have listened to a few of your meditations and I always awake feeling restored, centered, and connected to the universe and the earth. Thank you for these guided videos.
24 minutes in. The relaxation method (if one takes it seriously) was taking effect. Just give in..and let go of everything, focusing on Joe's guided instructions. Let him take you through the necessary steps. First time trying this, and I feel it will enhance my meditations now too. Thankfully the video stopped and had to buffer when it did, because I had to go tend to something on the floor here at Work.
I went so deep and all the stress in my neck, shoulders and back melted away. I definitely felt I went to another Realm. Thank you

I tried it once. Just when I thought I wouldn't see anything, I started to relax and suddenly a portrait of a beautiful woman appeared before my inner eye. A few minutes later I was standing on a sailing ship. I could observe the movements of the waves and it was so peaceful and quiet. I was shocked because I didn't expect to see anything and felt overwhelmed, so unfortunately I opened my eyes XD... but I will try it again :-)

(sorry for my english im dutch) Hi there.. there were some questions that came up my mind. so i wonderd can you as a intuitive healer.. feel or sense someones energy by looking at someones picture or name and translate that to words? like mines? I really would like to know because there are a lot of things going on in my life.. like last year i had a kundalini-awakening for almost a year.. the procces was stoped by medicine called haldol'peridol' a anti-psychotic.. given to me in a sort of hospital / clinic.. how did i get there? police picked me up in the middle of the night on the street at my neighbours door screaming and knocking on the door for help.. why i did that? i was being hunted by a very high demon, that kept me awake for a very longtime.. it started when i were young.. i saw the devil him self in one of his forms.. he wants me because i am very importent some how.. no ego speaking, im already enlightend. which i became on my 17th. i know i can assist people in achieving that state of being and much more. which im going to do all my life. i want to start with you. i even know that i can and may surpass the reincarnation cyclus, so no death penalty.. i have so much so share with you.. i dont believe in coincidence so what im trying to say is that i believe there is a reason why im connecting with you.. ill tell you this i never message anyone on RUclips about something.. oke i did like 3 times about which frequency they used in the clip. but thats it.. i feel like i can say anything to you.. and that whe have some connection. i just masterd pendeling so i know that you will reply on this message.. i hope to speak to you soon.. bye for now.. I tried before and it hasn't worked. However, I did try again and I saw some images I did not understand. It seemed like it was a different past than I remembered. Then I went to date in the book he described. There I went to my great aunt's house and I spoke with her. I asked her questions and asked for forgiveness. She explained why I was in the place I am in life and now I can move forward. She said things will open up for me to get to the next level. All I can say that it was an amazing feeling.
Fell asleep after the breathing and relaxing exercise in the beginning and had the most beautiful lucid dream where I was flying in some ethereal realm.
WOW,WOW,WOW it may not work for everybody, but sure as heck works for me.... had to try it three times, and the viola! it kicked in... although I still have my doubts and am naturally skeptical, I cant dispute the fact that I did have awesome visions..... which can only be attributed to this soundtrack... I prefer the room to be completely dark... Don't give up after at least trying it twice.... allow you skepticism to creep in during the meditation process, that is just the brains way of dumping negative data... good luck, enjoy and thanks to the creator..... :-)

I havd tried only Joe's Hypnosys for life regression many times until now and now I am ready for this one 🙏.
I've come to the realization that I'm exactly where I need to be. Being present to what is before me, is where my focus should lie. Stay patient. Stay loving. Stay purposeful until the next time I stand in the large room, looking for an illuminated book. At that time, I'll be granted access. But for now, time with family, especially my aging mother and father who've asked for me to come in this physical form, are of focus now. This mediation has given me confidence and assurance that I'm just fine. The best is yet to come 😉

This was an amazing and even a bit excitingly orgasmic of an experience. My first time trying a guided meditation on the Akashic Records. Before finding the book in the ancient library I was in, I was floating in space with the stars. Nothing but darkness and the stars but it was beautiful.
I inquired on a previous lover in this life, but it instead led me to a past life on the day of August 1st, 1920 in old New York City. I wore a long, white dress and hat and was in the financial district of Manhattan. I was admiring the beauty of what my eyes were looking at. A young man in a black and white suit and top hat approaches me and says “hello, my dear. Are you ready to go to the island?” (Something like that). I had a feeling that I knew him and loved him. I was happy to see that gentleman. He then takes my arm and escorts me to the boat that takes us to Staten Island. As we’re on the boat we come across the Statue of Liberty and just admiring the view of what we’re looking at. We then arrive to the island. That’s when Joe says to “say our goodbyes”. I BURSTED into tears when I had to tell this young man that I didn’t know but knew I loved that I had to leave him on the island and that I had to go back to Manhattan. He watched me depart the island and kept waving at me and I was SOBBING that I had to leave. I made it back to the city and waited until Joe said to make it back to the library; because I wasn’t ready to go back until Joe instructs to do so. I cried and cried mostly throughout this Akashic experience. But it was the most beautiful thing. It may have not led me to what I was looking for, but I think it led me to the past life me and my previous lover were in that was the significance. I’m so happy that I was able to stay awake throughout this guided meditation.

I’ve watched this video about 3 times, and the third time was the charm. I would fall asleep during the day (my lunch break), and at night, but when I first way up, i was able to stay awake and follow through. I heard a voice that said “ You don’t even know where you are, do you”? It was like a switch had flipped and boom i was there... well somewhere. I thought I was lucid dreaming at first but I realized I wasn’t. So def going to stay relaxed tomorrow morning. Keep trying for those who are feeling discouraged! Keep trying, it’s all about the techniques that work best for you! Don’t give up!
The first time i watched this i ended up waking up pissed and threw my phone. At first i didn't know why until i started continue playing this and found out i wasn't ready. But the more i listened the further i got. It wasn't until the third or fourth listen that i was able to get to my records... I was an Egyptian queen in another life and dejavu happens more.

@@gtmumma exactly I knew I had accessed the records when I was a peasant with disabilities. People get their egos wants so confused in these mediations as their third eye is not opened and they are not grounded. Your spirit guides will also only show you what you need to know that will help with your spiritual ascension. They won’t show you things to feed your ego

This is totally crazy because it lined up perfectly with everything I have experienced so far. Also there was a thing I was going to do recently but didn't do, and I am now seeing why I decided not to do that! Thank you so much!
i was so close, i found a book, it was glowing, the place was insanely huge, but when i found the courage to open it i felt so scared, i was blocking the events because i'm too scared to see what's on the other side. i gotta work on that. thank you joe. i'm not gonna give up just yet, these things takes time i guess.
When you get to the library , think of what you want to know.
this was the first meditation that didn't put me to sleep right away...but when I was beginning to ask my question, some other mindset took over and I lived out the death of my future husband and soulmate and it destroys my future self and my art (which is what I asked about) is what will keep me alive after he's gone. I started sobbing even before I reached the temple in the meditation. I can't bear the thought of losing him so young, with so much life ahead of us.
You create your own reality. Start focussing on pleasurable things and enjoy life. You can handle anything in life.

I've been looking for new meditation/hypnosis experiences. Today in the afternoon I clicked randomly on one of the offers for my RUclips search. The voice sounded unpretentious & generated no objection in me. With no expectations I started listening to the guidance and after 15-20 min the vibes quickly amplified - I felt thick very pleasant barrel of energy around my upper 5 chakras (the bottom 2 were less affected). It was very exciting. I undoubtedly resonated with the flow. Energy stayed with me till the very end. It felt very satisfactory. Of all my meditative experiences of the last 20 years this one is in the top 5. Now I’m looking forward to observe the unfolding on physical level. Thank you Joe T.

I did not travel to a past time. I saw a date in the glowing book but it’s like my vision stopped prematurely and I met with a guide instead. This guide I’m not too familiar with but I have met her before. She told me I need to strengthen my relationship with them first. I felt my body pulsating… tightening and releasing. I only felt this energy in my hands before but my whole body was like this.
Did this for the first time last night - and met the same guy that I dreamed about when doing a hypnosis for attracting your soulmate. Loved it! :-) Curious about tonight´s experiences. 2 books lit up. I opened 1. The first to light, on top 821. I saw my energy form become one through my pineal. We swirled around effortlessly raising upward before I was pulled away to say goodbye. Then I started pulling energy chords out of my womb.

Right before a loud noise broke me from my concentration, I was in a library with a woman (she was not human) who had pale gray/white skin, no hair whatsoever, and big, fully dilated, black eyes. Although her appearance should have scared me, I felt relaxed by her beauty. She didn't have human ears, but some sort of long, narrow ears pointing upright, full of tiny spiked fins. She was holding a book in her hands and I asked her where I could find the secretary, and she laughed, saying "secretary? there is none here."
I have always had a problem thinking of the cord attached at the base of my spine, I can relate to have roots on my feet and that would connect my whole body to the universe and to the deep of the earth

I was swirling around as a golden light with another person. We were like gentle little whirlwinds spinning around and inside each other. In my book I left postcards with pink daisies on them saying "Thinking of you"
I had a dream when i was little, it was about how knowledge past present and future exists in the universe, or the ether as i see it now, i remember during the dream i had an epiphany, the epiphany was about how to access it all, but as soon as i woke up, i felt the memory of how to access it slipping away in my mind, soon as i woke up i was shocked and i knew and remembered and as the seconds went by 1 2 3 4 5seconds, i couldn't remember it as well, it felt clouded, id say within 30 seconds of waking up i forgot how to get there so to say, maybe the dream state is how we can access it but theres something you have to do in your dream and i cant remember, maybe if you meditate before you sleep and sort of prepare yourself to go there? Maybe meditation alone can take you there? Nikola tesla used to get some of his ideas during his dreams, with as much as tesla spoke about the ether and the electro magnetic universe, i really wouldnt be surprised if he WAS accessing the akashic record. I think the same way people can train themselves to do any task, wether its cooking digging holes playing sports or driving a car or building houses, i think we can train ourselves to control where we go and what we do duringour dreams, maybe meditation is the way to train that? I dont know.
You’re on to something. I’ve felt the same way. Our dreams are portals to other states of existence where we can control things and influence the physical world...I think.
Its helpful to keep a notepad next to your bed or under the pillow so it can be accessed immediately. Write everything down

Okay, so I asked how to go from constant struggle this life to constant ease. This life for me has been a series of major losses, health challenges, money/job struggles, relationship struggles...struggles.
When I opened the book, I went to November 20 or 28th 1942, warm place, kept hearing down south. Saw a passenger side view mirror, then was riding in a truck with a man and driving and a 3-4 year old child in the middle. Here, I started gasping and crying, chest heavy...realizing I died trying to save that child. I asked who they were, maybe my husband and child? Answer I got was you are the child.
I asked if there was anything else I needed to know...got that I was very much loved and remembered by everyone who knew me...except the child.
I asked what I did for a living and got mother and teacher...English/spelling teacher.
Apparently I leaned over to put myself in front of the child, feet on the dash to stablize me and then had a hard hard gasp and heavy tears flow.
No clue what to make of this yet! Thank you so much for this journey!
Oh and my brothers birthdate is November 20...mine is a different month, but on the 28th. Interesting!
I definitely was somewhere else I don’t know where because I hadn’t even realized I was there til my body kind of awoke and I felt out of breathe. I gasped. Eyes were still closed but kinda felt like I landed back to earth. Didn’t receive my answer yet but definitely was an amazing experience !
Thank you for this! I will listen again. I haven't practiced hypnosis very much. I may have not gotten direct answers to my questions, but I saw a few faces look at me, and I played with shadow like figures and was very happy. ❤

I can’t wait to do this again but I have to feel called to do it. I felt Christ-like. Like how Christ would feel being in the Akashic Records as a child. I got up feeling more euphoric. I really needed this thank you for producing this.
I have done this 2 times and I’m blown away by what I have experienced. First time i think I was in a dream, but i heard a voice that told me, ask the question, and i asked please tell me if I have had previous lives with a special person and he was there in front of me i touch him and felt his skin for a minute I thought i was awake it was so clear I could see the navy blue shirt this person was wearing and everything was so vivid and real, but then I started to cry and woke up. The second time I didn’t think i was asleep i was trying to see images or hearing a voice then a quick picture of a book with gold letters in the cover appeared momentarily then I thought I couldn’t see anything so I thought well im just going to get up and get going. Well I thought i was getting out of bed but then realized i was still in bed so then i open my eyes and tried to turn on my night stand lamp but I the bulb was not working so then I tried to tighten it and I messed with the plug in the dark and all of the suden I realized i was still in bed it was like out of body experience of a dream with in a dream i got up now for real and my legs were shaking this is absolutely amazing I can’t wait to do it again i have so much to find out about my previous lives and perhaps help me find answers for this life time. Thanks for creating this video, it is an amazing meditation.

I have been trying this recently and have been flooded with dreams, I started a Dreams, Visions, and Prophetic Word facebook page (by the same name) and have been recording them. I have been having dreams where I am doing great exploits singing and bringing deliverance to people! Awesome!! Oh my God, Omega!!

i dont remember anything at all from it unfortunately apart from waking up and smelling the beautiful door of essential oils. i fell back asleep and when i woke the smell was gone.

Okay, I shut the meditation off at an hour and had reached complete calm thinking that was it and I was fine with that. Stayed in that calm and started to go to sleep and then there was a roaring in my ears and I felt the separation begin but I was scared, (I didn't plan on that, being scared) what I felt was myself get up, but I knew I was still on the bed. It felt more out of body and I fought it because there was some discomfort, and some fear. So I forced the matter back to being "1" and ended up having the most lucid dreams but I know I went deeper and "separated " I guess? Than I ever anticipated, I just stopped it because of fear, my body was paralyzed and I was having an oobe. Just wanted to share
I used to have sleep paralysis all the time, but often I now can have the experience you had.
Are you able to enjoy your out of body experiences now?
I left back through the corridor and down the steps around the 52 mins Mark. I just came out of naturally without being talked out.

Your the first one to help me achieve white light burst in out of my head ! I’m impressed . I had an issue the other day where I felt paralyzed and it was all white I could see nothing else and hear your voice in the back . I felt safe but all I could see was white . Is this typical ? I’ve never had that happen before .

I've had that exact same experience. Did your eyes flutter right before? Some believe this is a higher self experience. I think it's an experience given to us to open up our belief systems.
Joe Treacy Hypnotic Labs yes they fluttered very fast the meditation just started and I got grounded and immediately white light bombarded me and I was stuck like that for 45 minutes I just kept telling myself i was safe . I was okay ... it was awesome but interesting at the same time . I am in the process of a change on beliefs etc . So that’s fascinating ! Thank you !

This thing really works. Like, I don't know. Maybe whatever information I got on my past lifetimes was something my imagination made. But, while doing this process, I saw two books of mine. One was shining yellow and had my records of the past and the other was purple and empty. It just had my name on it and my birth year. Also, I could see the big room of records as well as my real surroundings. And the purple book felt cold and pristine, as if it was river water. I felt as if I had to print my records on the purple book. A lot of strange things happened. Because when I woke up, and felt the air of the place where the book was, it was not cold but warm. And the answers to my questions were, that even if you're suffering hellish, just help other people, love them and happiness will come. The section in which there was my book was titled as JOY. Others were like SUFFERING, DEATH, LOVE. I'm definitely gonna try this again as my records also spoke of that.
Not sure if I actually did as I originally intended, but, I did reach a place of knowing, to a place of tears. I thank you for an experience I have been longing for. I now know what I've been doing and why clearer than before. Thank you!!

Thank you, Joe Treacy, for this amazing video. This is my first time at it and I shed a lot of tears (cleansing??). I am an intuitive person and was "told" the year 1887 for some reason - not sure what it means at this point. Had some difficulty breathing throughout the whole process. Any insight in this aspect would be helpful for me to know what causes this. I will be back and listen to it again.

Although around minute 40 I thought the meditation was over because I misheard you and thought 'oh cool I take this glowing book with me' and the second I asked my records guardian and my higher self "now what do I do with it?" they kind of snickered and gave each other a knowing look and I came back to my body ahhh!
But I feel like I've gotten all my answers from them pretty quickly, we met in a modest dusty looking library before you even mentioned the grand one within the guided meditation and they showed me sequences of some of my past lives and what my current life could turn out to be. I saw two books glowing and my highest self mentioned something about a twin flame and not to worry about it for now. I feel like I've "absorbed" my book of answers though, and whenever I need direction or clarification I could just find what I need within me. They also mentioned this will not be the last we're speaking so I can chill out haha!
I don’t remember if I left a comment here. The first time I tried this I asked what my soul purpose/mission is with my twin flame in this lifetime. My “future” daughter showed up. This first time accessing the Akashic records is the second time I have met her. She whispered in my ear and said “Daddy is waiting for you. He loves you.” My current situation in life right now keeps my twin flame and I from being together physically and my current life partner does not want children. 😬 lol.

A suggestion to make these more effective for the musically trained audience out there: white noise would be better than tonal 'ambience'. Waiting for those chords to resolve is like trying to ignore a mosquito mid-bite, and makes full relaxation an unnecessarily challenging state to achieve. Love your work, just thought I'd pass it along.😟
I fell asleep during this one but I love to use it to go to sleep/meditate because I wake up feeling at peace and really calm. Hopefully I’ll be awake for one of the sessions
Had a dream while listening where a lady came and did healing on me and released blocked energy through my feet, I felt very emotional . Pretty cool 😁
Peace everyone. As a person who knows Jesus of Nazareth I entered this with The Holy Spirit because I can go anywhere with God’s Spirit with me. I went zooming to the beginning and sat quietly with the Three who are God in the Beginning. The Love and Joy that was there In the beginning was amazing. I felt that what we live in now is so much more complicated than what They made for us and someone let me know that we will will return to the Peace and Love that we came from. That who we are in Them is so far beyond what we think. I wanted to see Jesus and find out where he was from 12-30 on earth. But I got caught up in joy and creation. You gotta wonder if Jesus did this when he left to connect with the Father. Leaving to come to earth was leaving a part of Himself . Wondering if from 12-20 was just growth? 20-30 a journey to connection with the rest of Himself? Stay curious and trust God. Don’t Fear! Seek Joy not earthly Happiness Expect miracles!

Tried this meditation for the second time and was fully awake this time. My body was totally relaxed, saw some images of different people,events and places not everything was organised. Also, forgot some images..
So I am a giver.! Give help, positive energy, joy etc.. Makes sense. When I see a harvester I am bursting to give!

i can’t even explain what just happened. idk if i was dreaming or if i was literally traveling in the Universe. i saw myself all distorted. my face was blurred and then at one point i looked cross eyed. then i felt like i was flying a million miles an hour. in my visions, i feared i was having a seizure. i gasped “awake” and my heart was throbbing. the meditation was at the point of finding the glowing book. i am speechless right now. any feedback is appreciated.
Sounds like you had a mystical experience. I would check out some of Joe Dispenza's latest work as he has a lot of good info for experiences similar to the one you just had.

My 2nd time listening to a meditation of this topic. Both times had horrific dreams right afterwards and tonight had what I'd call a negative physical occurrence. Everyone else's feedback is so positive. I'm concerned 😟
I had a similar experience
A saw a giant book along with a very strong energy came into my body. I was a bit scared, because it felt like I couldn't handle the energy. So I opened my eyes on 21:10 . Deffinitely gonna try again soon
