Growing up in buffalo NY in the late sixties, you would throw a set of studded snow tires on the back, maybe add some weight in the trunk and off you would go. Hopefully you had a version of positraction too.
I had a 1970 Charger 500 when i was in high school, same color, well someone repainted it red from an original plum crazy purple. I miss that car so much. It had the 383 hi-po with the police interceptor suspension.

Thank you for keeping the bulbs incandescent. LEDs KILL the retro look. Now this may get me in trouble, since everyone’s favorite is the 68 and sometimes 69… but this is honestly my favorite Charger. I love them all though.
When I was in high school between 1978 and 1982, the route i took walking home had a beautiful 68 Dodge charger RT with red paint and a black interior. We lived about a block away from a university in town and I figured it was some lucky student who must have inherited the car or bought it outright. Anyway, one day coming home I noticed from a ways back that there was something different about the car and as I walked up on it I noticed that the entire original paint job was shot to hell somebody had poured paint thinner all over the entire length of the car and scratched it up with key scratches so he must have really pissed somebody off...but that was a sad day.
that idle. 👌 will never get old. real muscle car right there.
Charger CHULADA
Flowmasters for sure
My dream car.

You are not the only one !
not that expensive...
where's my post ?!
What did I say about that before?!
какие же прекрасные машины раньше делали 😭🥺
I'm usually not a Mopar guy but damn. That was sweet.
When it comes to classic muscle Mopar stands above Ford and Chevrolet.
How is that possible ?! MOPAR or no car !
All original even the tire look original,Beautiful car
Glad to see people take care of old cars
Love the fire engine red color with matching hubcaps
I'm a fan of that paint scheme, but not so much of the hub caps, though? I'd do either chome rims or just all black 🔥🔥🔥
Best looking car ever made.
I agree with you 💯 but I'd put some nice chrome rims on it instead of those stock ones or black instead 👌🏾
429 boss mustang was best muscle car ever made and more rare
Get some hurricane rims, Dixie flag on the roof and yer set.👍🤠🏴
Beautiful Mopar
🔥🔥🔥 THIS CAR ICON..GOOD LOOKING ..HOWHEELS ICON TOO

Omg you got snow ?!?!? Im kinda jealous, instead we got only rain....
I have also been hating this warm winter without snow in Milwaukee. I thought I was the only one!
@@paulbourgeois4491 Yeah like if we always have an warm winter, where is the fun of it ? We could just skip that, cuz i dont need an second fall
Very nice
That bad boy is ferocious!
Beautiful car
In the salty winter that's crazy
That's how it was when it was first born back in the day that was the only car. You drove it all seasons
@@truckerkevthepaidtourist 1970s are long gone, this was a normal car back then & all those salted rusted out ones either got crushed at the junk yard or restored.
I'd imagine this is somewhere where they don't use salt in the winter. Nobody would be stupid enough to bring this out for a ride if there was salt.
@ItsCleto Can't you see In this specific video that there's salt on the roads & it's winter? Wth lol
powerful and elegant at the same time, art
Absolutely gorgeous
BEAUTIFUL!!

Sweet Dodge, seen it driving the snow is crazy to me 🌵🤠👍
Nice. Park it next to my current 2016 charger & 70 Chevelle( dream Car). Love the red & black. Only if done right. Like this dodge
I wish that was my car. I love red and I love the 1970 Dodge charger.
Love, love, love it.
Very Nice, , ,
Pretty car you got
If there was something such as the “7 wonders of automotive history” the 1970 and the 1966 Chargers would be there!
Greetings from Brazil.
Beautiful Mopar! But I would not have it on the winter roads 😢
Oh, but that’s the most fun part. Modern winter tires are beyond belief in performance on torque monsters.
Gorgeous! I'd marry that car!
Love the 70 chargers, my most favorite car's
😢😢😢😢😢 we will miss this sound one day
Heaven and Hell!!! Greetings from Greece

Candy apple honey rims! Nice touch 👌
I am a Chevrolet man but more than that I am a gear head, And it doesn't get much better than that red bruiser right there🔥🔥🔥⚙️⚙️⚙️
O muscle car definitivo.
Dom will be miss about this.
Nice! Just fix that trunk fit tho…
Odd to see a 70 on dog dish but I like em! 😎
Nothing like road salt to give it a old school look -
WTF !!? 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

You realize these cars probably sat on dealership lots covered in snow.
Its doesn't look that bad and life is short.
Drive it while you can.
To je auto mích snů❤😍😎
That's so bad a$$!!! I remember when I fell in love with the Charger, it was 1979 I was 10 and Bo & Luke was tearing up Hazzard County in a 69!!!!
Love the wheels
Full Power
The best sound👍 hell yeah🤩😈
Love the hub caps

I used to hate the steelers with the dog dish, now they look so good!!!
Linderrimo que carrão ! ❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍🇧🇷
That is fresh
Love the painted steel wheels and dog dish hubcaps. So much better than giant aluminum wheels. Better ride, better handling, and tires are cheaper too

Love the tire and wheel choice!!! Restomods always put on the worst rims.
