I have one and don’t want any other model from Harley. Time and again I compared this bike with other Harley but I felt this bike looks and rides fun. The foot peg can be swapped with the regular street 750 foot mounts( OEM). Right side just a swap. Left side mount need one drill on the mount( online forum will have details). Rox 2 inches or 3.5 inch risers will fit - no additional cable needed. Corbin has great seats for this bike. If you install Ohlins forks and rear shocks( made for street rod 750 specs) the ride is improved vastly.
@@robsmiu Custom built from Corbin USA. Had a chat with them over the phone on what I needed- like the measurements I needed on the seat model they sell ( model name : Gunfighter and lady). Please note the seat changes the looks of the bike to brilliant. It will take 2k miles to break in. ruclips.net/video/We2Q87fcsDk/видео.htmlsi=2XVUjaMSmvGAn0K9
coming off of a Vulcan S to the Street Rod 750 - my first mod was fitting forward controls. Totally changed the chraracter, feel and comfort of the bike - so much better for cruising...
I had the same 1 for 2 years, fitteds chainsikle mid controls and totally changed the way it rides. Fitted a seat from india and a front cowl from memphis. Rode 5k kms in 3 days. totally comfortable.
Amazing, I’m really enjoying the Harley, the mid controls are something I’m looking into, and maybe some T bars as well, I done a big weekend ride last week and done 200-250 miles in the day, was absolutely fine !
The street rod 750 is totally underrated here in the USA also. I have had mine for a couple years and just love it I’ve added the S&S open intake and the two brothers racing full exhaust that eliminates the cat it says it won’t fit the street rod but it does and wow it’s about 40lbs lighter great bikes I’ll never sell mine
I’m loving it so far mate , I’ve looked into upgrading some bits, the air intake sounds interesting, does it make much difference ? I’m just waiting for better weather until I get it out
Can you say anything more about the riding position please? I am 6' tall and about 86kgs (190lbs), and in some videos the rider's knees seem crunched up really high. I am just not sure my old body could cope with that for more than a 15 minute test ride. I ride a Dyna Super Glide and was considering a Street Rod 750 as my every day bike.
@@steviewylie5267 Thanks for that. Since posting that question I had the opportunity to at least sit on one, albeit they wouldn't let me ride it unless I was going to buy it - how do I know if I want to buy it unless I try it?! Anyhow, yes, for this old body I suspect the riding position would quickly become tiring, and man oh man that exhaust is so close to the foot! I really wanted to love this bike as an everyday rider (I own a somewhat modified Dyna Super Glide also), but I had to walk away. Maybe if I were 30 years younger I would make the compromises, but...!
@@Marku-zy8ib wtf thsts what test rides are for to let you decide if you want to buy,I would go to another shop that let's you test the bike so they have lost a potential customer.
@Murraymoto thank you for the review of the Street Rod! I was on the fence about getting one but now I have just bought one (a 2019 model) after watching this video, and it’s pending pickup here in Australia. 😊

I actually found the bike super comfy , the position too a bit of getting used to but that’s only because I’m used to a touring bike, other than that it’s been comfy as !

Great review and an awesome looking machine. I really like these bikes! This might be the bike that replaces my Interceptor 😬
I am glad you are enjoying it. I have the same model, and I love it.
Nice mate ! Yeah as a first Harley I’m super impressed, no plans on getting rid anytime soon
I've got a '17 model.... very underrated bike.
Great bikes mate , I was super surprised
I ride a 2015 XG750 street for a year now. Last week i put a S&S exhaust on it. So much better sound!!

Value for money hard to beat i would consider one,im not into the normal harleys as per say but this ticks a lot of boxes.
Totally agree

Have read that if your 6ft plus you can adapt the pegs etc otherwise it can be a bit of a squeeze on legs etc and change the bars.
