Yun Tal was always a psuedo Jinx item. On paper it should be an item that synergies well with fast attacking ADC’s, so who better than Jinx to use it? The problem always stemmed from it being a horrendously designed item, scaling with AD while at the same time Zeal items losing AD and LT being removed … not sure how they thought it’d be great as a last crit item under those circumstances, especially since 1 shot Meta and sustain Meta became a thing. I’m hoping this item actually gets some play though as I love the concept
i think yuntal could become a great anti tank item with some tweaks to give adcs more options, especially in this tank meta now. My idea is to make yuntal like liadrys. Make it deal percentage max health but in AD DMG. it would obviously scale with crit/ad. it would give this item a purpose to exist.
Toni has convinced me. Yuntal is best item in every scenario. I will be buying it on Gragas

since collector is 3400 gold now it feels like in every scenario where you can pick up collector essence reaver is just better
Collector stats got nerfed pretty significantly and u would build it last split bc it was pretty cheap compared to alternatives so it not worth anymote imo
What i have experienced is if you go statikk into kraken and boots you covered 3 slots with items that dont have crit. So ive thought id be better off just buying bt/ldr then. tried it and it worked out really great for me. bt gives good sustain and is pretty ok as 3rd item as you have attack speed and movespeed already and bt will give you 80AD which is more than IE for less gold. if they are really tanky i go for ldr 3rd and bt 4th. ive been trying around with it a little and i think im almost ready to reccomend it. also bt 3rd is cheaper than IE and gives more ad. i dont think the 25% crit will save your day since your build is gonna include ie/bt/ldr anyways . sure you get to 50% faster but 50% is still 50%. since games dont go 40+ minutes most of the time i rather have a statstick and some life steal i think.
Im not a pro, nor do i think this is THE CORRECT BUILD to buy. Just my thoughts.
i think collector rush is meta, at least in a champion like draven, you really dont feel the damage nerf
Is this better than static and kraken?
Been testing dmg numbers and it looks like it does roughly the same amount of dmg, but static and kraken gives way more consistent dmg (bc yuntal relies on crits) but crit is way better late game once you get IE.
This game is actually from two days ago, which was before he started experimenting with Statikk + Kraken.
