In Siege it's literally all about high rate of fire low recoil. Therm has low recoil but the low rate of fire put it at a disadvantage against faster guns but plebs like me who can't aim like guns that can kill quickly and aren't hard to aim. It's a good gun because every gun is good if you know how to use it
Emmett Draz i think you got thermite’s gun upside down. His gun has slow fire rate, but what makes up for it is the recoil. So you shouldn’t spray unless you are nearer or farther than the enemy. Just burst fire unless spray is needed.
One point to make about Diamond, is that a whole squad of players who would be Plats if solo queueing can make Diamond when well coordinated. You can even get people who seem like they should be Gold1 in Diamond sometimes if they get carried hard enough. Id say it's the best way for Gold's to finally improve, to play against more experienced players. It introduces them to new strats, team compositions and forces them to play smarter. I'm a console Plat myself, I vary from Plat3 to 1 all the time. I see a lot of Plat and Gold teams getting carried by one or two Diamond players all the time. But rarely do these Diamonds feel like true Diamonds, because you can tell when you're out-skilled. But then again, it is very rare to find a console god
Ubisoft secretly buffed all the Asian operators. That’s why Lesion, echo, and Vigil are always so difficult to kill. They literally have pre-patch Blackbeard shield hp sometimes
I’d say Shrouds aim alone makes him a diamond level player, but his overall knowledge of the game is more of like a gold 1 kinda knowledge. But he’s picking up more strats and he’s getting to know the maps more. I’d say he deserves to be a diamond

Shroud you should try playing tm’s they are a ten man pick up game and they help a lot with gun skill and map knowledge. Personally it has helped me and I think it could help you too. Love the vids
Teamkill bans/kicks should work by having the killed player click "yes/no" on a popup asking whether or not they would like to kick the offending killer. That way, if it's an accident, they can just say no and let it fly.
Running in this game makes noise but Caveira’s ability lets you run silently for about 10seconds which makes it an ideal ability for flanking the enemy. Also moving around the map leaves footprints, which attacking operator Jackal can track and then that person’s location is marked for a while even when they move. Caveira can use her ability to avoid leaving footprints or if she gets tracked, she can use her ability to stop the tracking.
His aim is goddamn GODLIKE. Just his aim gets him to be so good on games,just think if he ever takes it seriously and go pro again. He'd literally own everybody.
Recoil control in rainbow six is mostly instinct. You dont haven't train to control it like CSGO. That's why it feels all "hold left mouse" for kills. You dont even notice your hand moving itself to keep you on target.

I usually agree with you shroud, but you said siege is random and then proceed to explain that it’s not random. “You hear someone, you flick on them or you stand still, someone peeks, and you kill them, that’s all this game is.” That tends to be how most shooters work you just die fast in siege. If siege was random, you might have your reticle right on someone’s head and not kill them. The most random thing in siege are fuze’s charges.

Thermites gun has good damage, very manageable recoil. 2 speed which isn’t good or bad. Only thing that I think turns people away from thermite is how important his gadget use is. If you die early in a match it’s kinda bad. You shouldn’t go off on your own. That’s why Ash is so beloved because all her purpose is, is to frag. Her gadget is meh (not needed) 3 speed, great gun.
