Career Launch - OTA Professional Development

Career Launch offers a pre-college student and college student-focused curriculum.
Through the Career Launch program, students learn how to professionally and successfully reach out to professionals with whom they have no connection - in order to build long-term relationships that open doors to the hidden job market.
Through the Career Launch program, students receive:
● Launch Your Career workbook, which includes the 8-step framework for building social capital with professionals
● Micro-Learning videos delivered to students via text and email and includes micro-content on how to build social capital
● Career Readiness Inventory as a pre and post self-assessment on how students are performing on the NACE 8 Career Readiness Competencies
● Additionally, facilitators of the Career Launch sessions participate in our Certification Training and become certified facilitators.
