    I here that as per NFPA-13, if height of false ceiling is 80cm ,than we have to use upright sprinkler above false ceiling. Up & down . Anyhow sir your vedios are very good & proffesional helping us very much

    If have 6 splinkers in one branch can we use 1.25" size pipe for 4 splinkers and 1" pipe for 2 splinkers

      As per schedule you can reduce sprinklers quantities but can not increase sprinklers quantities

    Wow. I make a good living by ripping out pipe scheduled systems. This is old school method, if you're not hydraulically calculating the system, you have zero clue on what head is getting desired pressure to operate.
    Only reason to use pipe schedule is in a room requiring more than 2 sprinkler heads on the same branch line.

    Can you please guide me.
    I have a query for design and quote sprinkler system of Diagnostic Block that has ground + 4 floor having area of single floor is 200*300=60,000 sqft.
    So we can calculate it on pipe schedule method as you guide us as per NFPA.
    Kindly suggest me or guide me pipe size for riser that will used for main riser.
    As per Nfpa 13 guide for light hazard occupancy table shows pipe sizes till 4" and sustainable 100 sprinkler according to my knowledge.
    Please sent me more sizes that sustain 500+ sprinkler.

      W.salam, it depend on condition where these sprinklers are required for above & below sprinklers. Commonly under used sprinklers but in above ceiling rarely used sprinklers where many services are used above ceiling and you want to protect them.

      7:13, what's the purpose of having U piping pendent sprinker? we install piping for pendent sprinker this way and I don't know the reason behind this, could you explain it? thanks.

      U-bends are used primarily to prevent sediment accumulation in the drop to the sprinkler.
      Prevent mineral deposit, pipe scale, and sediment accumulation (NFPA 13 2002 8.14.18.2, 2007/2010 8.15.18.2, 2013/2016 8.15.19.2)

      Consider overlapping one inch and then wrapping one feet pipe length and then multiply complete length

      You know the diameter and length of pipe and also informed overlapping. At least you should know this working.

      Ordinary Hazard: Ordinary hazard refers to places with a medium risk of fires, like warehouses or factories, so they need some standard fire protection measures to keep people and property safe.
