I got a Tommy Megazord combination idea that would be awesome (The Dragonzord + The White Tigerzord + The White Falconzord + The Red Battlezord = The Omegazord)

Sweet. I went to Salvation Army and found the Dino Super Charge Saber and the Ultra Dragon Sword from Megaforce for 49 cents each. Opened obviously but mint condition. Got both.
There's a trick to keeping the Legacy Dragonzord feet up. First, roll the Dragonzord's ankle joint forward-so the feet are more facing towards the ground. Then pop both panels and start to curl the Dragonzord's legs in as normal. Stop when you first hear the click of the leg snapping into place and then carefully press down on the panels and they should click right back into place too. Slowly roll the Dragonzord's ankle up one click-- try to keep the foot square in the middle of it's ankle joint and voila! The feet are secure and are significantly less likely to fall out, especially in Battlemode because the Sabretooth Tiger and Triceratops are holding it in place too!
What would be more interesting with the second combination if it could be done is turn the tigerzord's torso backwards (take arms off and reattached so they're the right way around, just torso backwards) Add legless dragonzord on top then bring down the golden arm parts to the front and then rotate them in closed to form the dragonzord in fighting mode chest. The attach the folded up dragonzord legs to make the bottom part of the mega tigerzord's legs. And finally give it the dragon staff weapon. It's a shame that their not designed to be able to go together like that though.

The Tigerzord should have had hip articulation, even it is just forward and backward movement. That way they could be on the universal Zord Builder pegs and you could put the Tigerzord legs on the Dragonzord.
I guess with the aid of the mastodon backing, you could then use both the tigerzord arms and legs on the dragonzord which would have looked pretty decent. Shame that the dragonzords gold chest doesn't detach so you can clip on to the tigerzord shoulders similar to the lion too
4:55 what Zordon likely wouldve created had the Green Ranger stayed instead of going to live in the past. This also reminds me of a dream I once had, where the Dragonzord combined with the Delta Megazord from PRiS. Gyro Dragonzord missile blasters, nough said.
Great video! I was wandering if it was possible to see what the second combination would like like if you combined the Tigerzord with the Triceratops and Sabretooth Tiger also, as well as spreading the Tigerzord chest wide. I think it'd look amazing, but haven't seen it anywhere!
I saw a video of the dragon zord combine with unicorn' griffin and lion zord. The dragon zord would have ben an awsome combination with the thunder zords sence they are based off mythical creatures. Well done and verry creative. An awsome combination.
I like the combination you did last with the Dragonzord sitting on top of the Tigerzord. Only suggestion, maybe you should try combining the Dino Megazord's feet to the Tigerzord, opening up the Tigerzord's shoulders so they extend out as if the Thunderzords were on it, and then placing the Dragonzord back on top as before. I would love to see that combination.
I hope they release a Legacy Dragonzord with no die-cast parts because that added weight is definitely causing problems. Someone seems to have found a more thorough combination of the two, judging by a pic I found on a Google Image Search for said combo.
While in theory this is a cool idea, I feel it takes away from what these toys were really meant to be... a novelty item. People in their 20's and 30's who grew up with the show are buying it to relive childhood memories. This combiner stuff is for kids and parents aren't going to spend $80 on a toy for them when they could buy a modern Megazord for far cheaper

And really, the problem is the gratuitous die-cast used in the Legacy Zord toys. They'd be a lot closer to the regular retail Megazord price-point if not for that.

The absolute number one example is the Legacy Megazord with the Dragonzord on top of it. It wobbles like crazy. Place the Titanus parts on it and it will fall right over. And those knee attachments were just a cop out. Even the American versions of the modern Megazords look like shit having pegs every which way which is all good and well for kids who don't know any better. But for a guy who grew up in an era where the Megazord could be punted and have a chance of survival, I guess I just expect better quality
CWF Rage *Again*, the Legacy Mega Dragonzord combo has balance problems mainly because of the gratuitous die-cast! Oh, and as far as durability goes, nothing has been lost with the BoA Megazords. They're less paint-detailed, yeah, but most of the vintage Megazords up until what, Time Force? Wild Force? Don't have much paint to their name either, and look reeeeallly bare without the stickers (which are what BoA should bring back if they can't paint stuff anymore). The Zordbuilder plugs hold very well on the Samurai Zord combos, and by all accounts on the 2010 Dino Megazord and the Megaforce, Super Megaforce, and Dino Charge Zord combos too. But the Legacy Megazord and Legacy Dragonzord suffer from Gratuitous Die-Cast Syndrome: Die-Cast metal parts included because of the notion that having Die-cast parts automatically makes something better and placed without regard to the effect the additional weight will have. The same problem afflicts most of the "Titanium Series" Transformers Hasbro did about nine or ten years ago.
Yep i plan on doing that, I loved the concept art of it all so really want to work with it and combine it with a lot of stuff :) there is going to be some new videos with other combinations soon. But when the Legacy Thunderzords come out then i will make a video about it :) Lets hope it's soon
I have the original tigerzord, and each shoulder slides and clicks outward to connect to the original dragonzord over the shoulders, I wonder if yours does too? and the feet collapse and fold all sorts of ways on the tiger zord to fit different legs on them. I cant remember the name of the mode. or what feet/legs add onto the tiger, but im guessing the dragonzord, or megazords feet/legs slip around them.
I actually found a way to lock the Dragonzord feet, just take out the gray tabs and as you put out the knees in just lock them in with the black tab that’s left on the knees of the Dragonzord
The proper way to build the dragonzords legs with the dino legs is u push the bottom prongs down once it's connected to the yellow dino and blue dino so the prongs are hugging around the red square and then the top of the legs should click (the black flaps) and it won't move anymore or come apart.

Titanus was super expensive when it first came out, and now it's even more expensive on the 2nd hand market. Cheapest one I could find was around 400 dollars.
I get what they were going for with zord builder but from everything I've seen it looks like it should have not been part of the higher end legacy line I think the whole gimmick sounded better on paper than in practice

Question. Did the instructions say that all three zords can have certain limbs removed or was it something you guys just discovered? If this stuff WAS in the instructions, and judging by some of these comments, it proves that people just don't know how to read.

I'd like to see what you guys can do with Titanus (if you have the time and the figure) Funny story, I ALMOST bought Titanus, but then I saw a review and he ended up being too small for the original Megazord to fit in. Seems like none of the Legacy Zords (so far) are backwards compatible with their 90's counterparts :-/
this would've been awesome if it were incorporated into the show. green ranger and dragonzord were better than white ranger and tiger zord to me, so I esp liked the 1st combination better
Can you take that second combination and: 1. Put the dragon's tail and chest in its hands as a sword and shield 2. Widen the arms from the chest as with the mega tigerzord 3. Attach the dragon legs to the tiger legs such as by removing the middle part of the feet (also as in the mega tigerzord)

I figure if it could somehow integrate the Falconzord and Zeozord V, it'd wind up being called the "Masterzord", akin to Tommy's Master Morpher. +Khoa Doan I would try and pull them gently but sternly so keep the arm straight and pull, if you think it's going to brake off or something then stop as you don't want to snap it or brake it.

Yeah we found it at the time and it wasn't mentioned in the instructions i don't think, I think at the time i was the only to find it and kind of glad i did
Can you combine the gold ranger Zord form power rangers Dino charge and combine it with the Main zord but with the green and black zords still on the gold zord
It's cool that you can combine them, but after paying so much for each one, I'd rather not try these combinations (I'd rather keep the joints of each figure in mint condition)...
Now that the Thinder zords have came out is there any more combos you can make? or do you not have them yet?
can you do one of dragonzord in battle mode (dragonzord masterdon saber toothed tiger and triceratops all combined) combined titanus? I've always wanted to see that combination
If i get Titanus then i will do a video of it, i never picked up Titanus when it came out tho
Titanus was super expensive when it first came out, and now it's even more expensive on the 2nd hand market. Cheapest one I could find was around 400 dollars.
Where did you get these!!! I've been looking forever the only one I can find are over 200 bucks

I get what they were going for with zord builder but from everything I've seen it looks like it should have not been part of the higher end legacy line I think the whole gimmick sounded better on paper than in practice

Question. Did the instructions say that all three zords can have certain limbs removed or was it something you guys just discovered? If this stuff WAS in the instructions, and judging by some of these comments, it proves that people just don't know how to read.
+YungReg88 There was nothing in the instructions about it, , my friend and i were playing around with the figures and found some extra things on the zords so we thought i we should tell a few people on what we found and how we did it

I'd like to see what you guys can do with Titanus (if you have the time and the figure) Funny story, I ALMOST bought Titanus, but then I saw a review and he ended up being too small for the original Megazord to fit in. Seems like none of the Legacy Zords (so far) are backwards compatible with their 90's counterparts :-/
Three zords? I only see 2; Dragonzord & Tigerzord. Not counting the Triceratop, Mastodon, & Sabertooth Tiger

this would've been awesome if it were incorporated into the show. green ranger and dragonzord were better than white ranger and tiger zord to me, so I esp liked the 1st combination better

I'd like to see the Dragonzord With the Tigerzord's Arms as well as the Blue and Yellow Thunderzords as legs.
With Dragonzord battle mode white tiger arms you can add the zeo racer parts for triple tommy zord power

I've noticed a lot of RUclipsrs who have reviewed the dragonzord all seem to have the same problem with the feet
Can you take that second combination and:
1. Put the dragon's tail and chest in its hands as a sword and shield
2. Widen the arms from the chest as with the mega tigerzord
3. Attach the dragon legs to the tiger legs such as by removing the middle part of the feet (also as in the mega tigerzord)
Maybe i can if i do another video on this one, i have been thinking about doing another one at some point tho

I figure if it could somehow integrate the Falconzord and Zeozord V, it'd wind up being called the "Masterzord", akin to Tommy's Master Morpher.
And hey, Tommy's got the Dragon, Tiger, Vermillion (red) bird. If he used Tor instead of the Brachiozord, he'd represent the Four Symbols of Chinese mythology.

hey could you add the gryphon/Unicorn legs to the tigerzord + the Lion to the back and see if it attaches easier to the dragonzord?

+Khoa Doan I would try and pull them gently but sternly so keep the arm straight and pull, if you think it's going to brake off or something then stop as you don't want to snap it or brake it.

WHY WAS THIS NEVER A THING IN THE SHOW!!?? i wanted so bad for the dragon zord and tiger zord to combine as a child and even now in a day and age when we have lord drakkon, we STILL dont have a combo of these 2 zords :(
