This August sees Anjunadeep welcome UK producer Joseph Ray for his label debut with ‘Room 1.5 / Chem-EX’. A Grammy Award-winning member of electronic trio NERO, Ray’s career has seen him top the UK Albums Charts and collaborate with acts such as Muse, Chase & Status and Skrillex.
Ray’s love of early jungle is fused with modern warehouse techno on ‘Room 1.5’, a huge moment at Anjunadeep events over the past six months when dropped by James Grant & Jody Wisternoff. B-side ‘Chem-EX’ takes on a more melodic approach, pairing cavernous drones with light arpeggios.

Ive been listening to this track without headphones or bass since its release. i just listened to it with headphones, it went from a unique track with hooks, to one of if not my favourite tracks of the year. That Bass line is beyond anything I expect to hear in a track. absolutely addictive.

I try to explain people I'm listening to the most boring beat for hours because of the tiny details that pull you into your imagination, the beat just carries the flow.. For other genres too but house is kind of the perfect spot to ease your mind anytime.
