Theyre singing to a Mariah/B2M Acapella version backtrack.
If you havent heard the Mariah/B2M Acapella version of One Sweet Day, its very different than the radio/studio hit single...if you search for it and listen youll see what Im talking about. While theyre great singers, thats why it sounds like there are 10 people singing. This is without question the best cover of this song. And its a VERY hard song to do, let alone make it into your own.
Katrina's Mariah is on point though. You should hear her Whitney Houston melody. Her and Morisette Amon DESPERATELY need to do a "When You Believe" cover. Would be epic.
