If you dont have all the weapons in the chest the revolver chance would be about 0.2% chance of getting it

bro it's a stupid revolver. I could've got heroic epee if I didn't spend my whole coupons on stupid reflector right before heroic epee could've been bought for coupons cause it was available on lottery...
