The Immensa Scandal

An investigation by BBC Midlands Today has revealed the government were slow to act on warnings about problems at a laboratory in Wolverhampton, which sent out thousands of incorrect coronavirus test results. One of the government's own ‘Covid community leaders’ spotted the issue, and tried to alert the authorities, but failed to get any real response. Our Science Correspondent David Gregory-Kumar has been investigating.
