I married on March 16 2022 may 6 mother law told me to get out from his house and may 24 he left me within these months 7 times i undergoes physical harrasment and domestic violence...Now i am living with my parents and his family is spreading bad comments on me as a prostitute and about my mom and brother i don't know why people are like this...And no law supported me in Bangalore... i given complaint in Bangalore one police station they bribe money and supported my husband side why there is no laws to protect woman feeling very much ashamed
If my husband wants to keep my atm with him and letting me ask him for money , should I divorce him???

Is it a possibility that you could understand that alimony or any type of payments legally awarded to anyone by the courts is calculated in order to make sure the payer only gives a small percentage of their income?
Sending payments to your own family to make sure they can eat and live can't ruin someone's life unless that person throws away the rest of the around 75% of their income. And that Has nothing to do with feeding the family.
If those payments have ruined someone's life, then how were they affording supporting their family prior to the divorce?
