@@mayhem035 I don’t plan on being a financial advisor but if you go look they aren’t that much money for someone who makes the range I stated, my father owns a 50’ sportfisher and we run it and keep it in great condition, he only makes about 600k a year too.

All the time, it was my favorite thing to do and now all I do is sit at home and I started watching you and you are absolutely the most enthralling. Just to be clear -- It's called Peanut Island, not Palm Beach Island, and Lake Worth Inlet, not Palm Beach Inlet. It was created in 1918 with material dredged during the digging of Lake Worth Inlet. Originally called Inlet Island, it became Peanut Island years later after a plan to use it as a terminal for shipping peanut oil. The plan was abandoned in 1946 but the name stuck.
I never mentioned peanut island because I wasn’t looking at it. I mentioned palm beach island because that’s what I showed !
And in 1960 the government built a military base ( on peanut island) with a bunker for Kennedy.

8:00 i’ve sat in one of those towers while underway, which is a very comfortable ride when the seas are calm. You don’t hear or smell the diesels and it feels like you’re flying.
