I love CDs!!!!! I’m actually outside my thrift store waiting for them to open right now. I need to start a channel to start filming my trips because I absolutely love watching yours and the few others that have CD hunting videos
Interesting to see your video about Indy stores. I was just visiting these two shops this past Saturday while visiting Indy with my son for Gen Con. Both shops were very personable and helpful. Not always the case with 'cool' record stores.
Cds continue to be your best music value, not only bc of the format, but also bc they don't require expensive gear and accessories to play. I've been lucky in that I filled my library when everyone was tossing them. I have noticed in my local record shops that cds are gettting fewer and fewer re. rare and obscure or desireable titles.
Hi 👋 Greetings from New Zealand. I like the Luna badge you got. I wear different badges and pins attached to jackets. I own a large music cd collection. Music from the 1960s up to the early 2000s. I'm in my sixties in age. I like the group Gang of Four. I would love to have that copy of their album Entertainment. I only have songs by them on compilations. I thought that converted church was nice. In the city of Palmerston North where I live, we have a church that's been converted into a cafe. I still buy a new cd from time to time , but I cruise charity stores for second hand ones for a cheap price. I clean my cds with a solution called Isopropyl Alcohol. Thanks for your interesting video. From Carl.
Pretty awesome. The earliest brewers of beer in Europe were monks so converting a church onto a brewery is logical. You brought back a memory of a bunch of us guys on my ship in the 70s listening to John Prine singing Dear Abby and laughing our butts off! Great video! I feel out of touch though, over half of the bands you showed us, I never heard of. LOL
would love your take or maybe a video if you need content. but you thoughts on cd packaging. I noticed most of the $15 dollar cd you bought were the sllim cardboard type. not that you have to have jewel cases or anything but sometimes i feel like for one reason or another alot of new cd are lacking in packaging. not sure if that things matters to you or not. anyway i picked up some cd that not only had a thicker book style fold out but also came with a slip case ( Mono and Sigur Ros) anyway enjoy the content. recognized the first store immediately, Luna records is kickass. i picked up 10,000 gecs and Trick by Alex G for my girlfriend the last time i was there.
@@ForeverAnalog some decent choices in there, too. I'm especially backing the fIREHOSE disc set that I've never seen in my entire life. Gotta find me one of those!
lol - still plenty of analog videos on my channel but it’s hard to ignore a bargain when available. Also, regardless of how the info is stored and played, our ears only hear analog!
I’m calling it know Let’s bring back music stores 🏬 and people keep buying cds 😊📀📀📀💿💿🤟🤟 and records physical media forever Streaming is lazyyyy people and garbage 🗑️ 🤢🤢🤮🤮
Thanks for the review. While excessive hype is raging around vinyl, it's time to buy CDs!
Thanks for watching!

I would nominate John Prine for sainthood lol
There used to be a store in Greenwood called ‘Disc Go Round’; it was beautiful. And Disc Replay sold CDs when they first opened.
Sounds amazing. Thanks for watching and sharing!

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of some of the modern day CD packaging - thanks for the idea!
Glad Indy still has some record shops and thrift stores.
