During an interview on 'The Breakfast Club,' the 'Cocktails With Queens' host set the record straight and said she didn't get #StaceyDash fired from the 2011 BET scripted series #SingleLadies. "That was the network’s decision” to let Stacey go, #LisaRaye explained, adding that she didn't have "that much power" to make those kinds of decisions.

First season of single ladies was EVERYTHING !!! Entire cast had perfect onscreen chemistry.
I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE that Stacey Dash's presence/absence from the show makes me not want to watch the 2nd season this time around on 5-17-24. I had FORGOTTEN that the producers/directors of the show had FIRED her because of her BAD/ELITIST ATTITUDE!!
She just got into it with Lisa Raye McCoy because of her attitude and none willingness to do/participate in a scene!! McCoy was not the REASON!!
It's TOO BAD that she wasn't willing to COOPERATE with DIRECTION from the producers/directors, because in my HONEST OPINION, Stacey's part STUCK out MORE with me than the other two women!!!
And I guess the reason behind this notion is that IT was her apartment that ALL 3 women lived at and IT was her boutique that a lot of the scenes were SHOT!!!
So in my opinion, Stacey's character was THE MOST ICONIC/IMPORTANT of ALL of the 3 ladies in season one!!
I miss single ladies I wish the show and the original cast could come 🤎🤎🤎‼️ #love is what need

Stacy was the star, veteran, etc.... and it showed because when she left the show went downhill.
